Maruti Suzuki India — Delay in Repairing of Damaged Vehicle Under Claim

This is for your information that I have submitted the vehicle in kalyan motors, faizabad Road lucknow for damage repair under claim, on 15th sep'20. Vehicle is still standing over there. Repairing work is not done yet. When I asked for the same, they (workshop team) said that "we have placed the order of spare parts but we have not get the spare parts from maruti" and that's the reason for delay in repairing work. My concern is that why maruti is not sending the order on time??? This is the services maruti is offering to customers. Its almost two months now but vehicle is still in garage.
