I am writing this complaint regarding the delay in delivery of the Maruti Ertiga VXI CNG car that booked on 18th November 2021. Before 9 months approx.

At the time of booking they asked to buy mandatory accessories of 1 Lac. They gave me option that if i buy accessories then they will deliver the car upfront and if i dont buy accessories then i need to wait for few months.

I didnt wanted the accessoies as its optional to buy them. But they are making it mandatory seeking the demand of car.

The promised delivery period was maximum for few months which has already been passed and I am still waiting for the confirmation and there is no confirmation yet.

I have been constantly following with Katariya Automobile Pvt Ltd., Bhavnagar, Gujarat and relationship manager but they are just giving the approximate dates which again going on another dates.

I am not happy with this and don' t find trust in any angle. After waiting for 9 months, still getting further dates and no confirmation.

I need confirmation and date, when I will get the delivery?

i Even had paid the booking amount of 11000/- with receipt no : KBVNRPY00358

I hope you will take this on priority and do the needful.

No communication has been done by the company and they have disclosed the complaint without my consent. I have not been given any solution. Highly dissatisfied with this forum too. How can one close the complaint with out my consent ?
