Please be informed, I am have been facing a huge problem with Maruti agents and customer services. It’s been almost 15 days and I have not ended up with any solutions.
For your reference,
I have booked a Maruti Ertiga Car Booking (ID SOB[protected] with Vipul Motors Sector 63 Noida on 28th December-21. At the time of booking I was informed that my vehicle will be delivered in 3 months. Where, Some of my known got their Cars within 2 months of booking. My first point of the complaint is Still I am waiting for my Vehicle to be delivered. Later Side, When I headed up for the current status. Now, I was asked to wait 2 more Months. I decided to wait for that extended period, meanwhile I got a Call from the Agency where I book the Car stating that New face lift model is released and now I will have to pay approx. INR-100K for that Model.
My concern is now, if I didn’t opt the updated version why should I pay extra 100K to avail that Model. All I need the Model that I have booked for. I have been following up with authorized Maruti representatives with no positive outcomes and proper response.
Moreover, They are very rude while communicating.
I have got a message this is attached below stating, To avail the new facelift model a customer needs to cancel the previous booking and to apply for the new one with updated Cost.
Since I did not opt for the facelift Model, I am going to bear any additional cost rather.
Please look into this matter, I am hopping a quick and Positive solutions of this considering the Maruti best for its customer relationships and services.
