A Scratch Card gifted by Maruti salesman confirmed two sets of Air Tickets for anyDestination in India for Two persons at the time of purchase
The Scratch Card was duly filled with personal details viz including Land Line and Mobile phone with email id etc which was then send To Team promotion Pvt Ltd C30PatpargunjDelhi110092 as per instruction in the scratch card to claim the gift
The card was send under Registered Coverunder Regn NoRN[protected] on 12816 and Received on 22816 Due date of Receipt was mentioned as 31816 Recpt of delivery was confirmed by postal dept by SMS After no response and I being a senior citizen contacted Maruti Sales Calcutta was advised contact directly to Tel No[protected] or at email id at [protected]@gmailcom
After contacting on telephone was told that the offer expired and Booking Receiptand Driving Licence copy was not enclosed
On asking why I was not asked for the Documents by telephone or email no positive reply given except insisting on that offer expired Booking Registration no REC 16000476 dt 2772016 Purchase Inv NoVSL 16000476 dt27716 of Premier Carworld Pvt LtdModel Maruti Alto800 LX Regn No WB08C0761
I would like to seek a clarification as why does the Premier Mauriti dealership feels that the senior citizens like me who are tusted maruti customers since the 1980s are gullible and can be duped also why does maruti promote such a scheme when they dont gift air tickets as promised this behaviour or a large corporation in India of repute has hurt my sentiments and I need answers here Was this information helpful? |
