I Bhaktinandan G Vasani. My car in the name of Bhaktinandan G Vasani. My self handling this car.
I bought Dzire new model car from Amar Cars Pvt Ltd. Block No 116, Survey No 128 Vaalak Patiya, Near.Vaalak, Canalta Kamrej, Surat, PIN 395006 Surat, Gujarat 395006.
Complaints.
1.company itself found problem at back wheel break assembly and drum has been replaced the item without cost. but before company call back for replace. my car break pad scraped at 7000 km. and till i have problem. I change my car break pad Four 4 time in 28000 km. in maruti service Station.
2. now a days while driving i found small sound when apply the break.
3. my car completes 28000 k m s now front break pad and disc scraped. We are not suppose to move the vehicle please rectify all my problem earliest without cost.
I AND public have very good faith on maruthi suzki vehicle. But your persons on Amar Cars Pvt Ltd Surat. their response is very bad. For very good faith of your company you should be in costumer motto please don’t lead me to go to the higher level. Pleas solve my problem at your level. We are the marketing persons for your vehicle. Give the good
Best to my knowledge i have12 years experience in driving this is one of the bad vehicle. Rectify my vehicle earliest.
