My car eeco DL3CBL8196 had been sent to competent on 4-3-2017 for service & with complaint of conversion from petrol to cng takes very long time resulting in very heavy consumption of petrol & consumption of CNG is also too much & both sliding doors faulty. This complaint has been lodged with them many a times for the last 2 yrs. Everytime they send the car with an assurance, that the complaint has been rectified and take Rs. 5000/- to 7000/-, but these defects have never been removed. This time also same thing happened & I reported the matter to their works manager Mr. A U Khan, who promised to remove all the defects.I also informed him that their superwiserv Mr. Rehman spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner, but no action was taken on him. The car was again picked up & taken to their workshop on[protected] & dropped today evening with a bill of Rs. 3900/-, but on trial none of the defects were removed. we thought of bringing this to ur notice as Competent is one o[censored]r major dealers. Kindly take immediate action
