Thank you for attending our concern.
As per below details from you had provided to us related our ECM failure. You provide me the only details that our vehicle service not be schedule on time & also as per training mail you told me that we didn't purchased extended warranty. In my group we have around 70 vehicle, But we can't shown that ECM was failure. At a time of service Engine Oil, Oil Filter, Washer Fluid, Gasket only this things are changes.
As per knowledge ECM not to be connected with any service or Extended Warranty.
I would like to inform you that i had concern related ECM, Why ECM was failure?
And you didn't provide me the genuine reason for this.
As per our knowledge, ECM is an electric components to give a command to all the parts for moving. If 7800/-km an ECM was failure in Maruti Cars then why should you didn't inform to the customer at time of purchased.
As per below your training mail, I will think about that to an legal action with the company. I need an genuine reason related ECM was failure.
