Maruti Suzuki India — Ertiga premature uneven rear tyre wear problem

I have maruti ertiga vdi car purchased on 16july2019 from your authorized dealer madhusudan vehicles pvt ltd kasganj having registration no up87m9090
i am very disappointed on writing this
i had a great belief in the brand maruti suzuki car since year 2002
this story changed when i started experiencing premature uneven rear tyre wear problems
this problem occurs first time in my life as previously i was using maruti zen from 2002 to 2019 and had no such type of issues
my ertiga single hand driven car by me and is only for personal use and has no accidental record
i visited yours authorized service center dev motors aligarh on 04oct2021 for periodic service maintenance of my car ertiga vdi with speedometer reading 16060 kms having job card no jc21009059
at the time of service i told service advisor about my uneven rear tyre wear problem and he said that he will check this issue
during service he check rear suspension, wheel alignment wheel balancing and rear shock absorbers but found no fault in this checking
on that day gm workshop told me that all reports of your car are send to maruti for inspection through mail and my car under observation upto 1000kms
after running 1000kms i again went to dev motors for rechecking of my car on 29nov2021 having job card no jc21011829 they again check rear shock absorbers wheel alignment but no problem found in checking my problem persists as it is
on 29nov2021 i told to gm workshop dev motors aligarh that some of maruti ertiga xl6 mpvs which were manufactured before oct2020 were fitted with faulty rear axles that caused uneven rear tyre wear the part number in question is 46500m72r10 which will be replaced with updated 46500m72r11
my ertiga was manufactured prior to oct20 and i am facing rear tyre wear issue so it is clear that my ertiga is equipped with faulty rear axle after listen my statement gm workshop told me that your issue has mail to maruti and we ordered part in question to maruti and please give me some time i will inform you when part will available in workshop
on 09dec2021 se anil kumar of dev motors called me that your part has arrived at workshop
on 13dec2021 we went again to dev motors workshop aligarh having job card no jc21012646 for replace part in question rear axles
se told me that your car is out of warranty so it can not be replaced then i told him that there is no question of warranty as maruti suzuki equipped my car with faulty rear axle. This is an manufacturing fault and company is responsible for this
maruti had issued a bulletin on 06jan2021 in relation to above ertiga xl6 tyre wear problem issue i want to read the said bulletin but at your workshop staff deny for this
it is beyond my understanding that india s leading vehicle manufacturing company maruti suzuki manufactured or equipped vehicle with faulty rear axle and no mass recall have been done and also when any user take this issue then your workshop said that vehicle is out of warranty
this in not an issue of warranty but this is an manufacturing fault and for which company is liable to replace faulty part
this manufacturing fault of my car create me more tension so i feel bad effects on my health because i am a heart patient and i have coronary stent in my heart my cardiologist suggests me not to take any tension in life but my car problem give me more tension
so ti requested to you to look into the matter and arrange to replace faulty parts of my car ertiga immediately
