Dear Sir/Madam,
I am S.Senthil kumaran, owner of Maruti wagon R car with the Regn number TN 64 F 5864.
On 26.01.2022, I am unable to start my car morning, then I searched in google for ABT MARUTI SERVICE CENTRE PHONE NUMBER, But I could’t contact but on same day I received a call from[protected] at 2.10 pm and one lady contact me and given one number [protected] for service call. I immediately contact that number and one gent received a call and request me “sir call me later”. But I am not received any call from him again I phoned to him at 5.21 pm and he come to my place and he checked the car. Myself and himself identified some damage in electric wires due to RAT BITES and he explained the reason “RAT DAMAGED SOME ELECTRICAL WIRES” and he himself suggest to take the car to service centre thru recovery van and he given one number and I contacted him and he came to my place 6.46 pm and he took my vehicle and I Immediately paid Rs.1600/- for take my car to service centre.
Next day 27.01.2022 I am not received any call from ABT MARUTI SERVICE CENTRE (NEAR FATIMA COLLEGE ).
On 28.01.2022 at 9.18 AM I received a call from the number [protected] with statement “ sir your car ready you can take delivery today. I said Evening I will come and pick up my car. But I am unable to pickup my car on my time. And I request him ([protected])6.19 pm sir I am unable to come and tomorrow(29.01.2022) I will out of city so can I take delivery on Sunday (30.01.2022). He also accepted the same.
On 30.01.2022, I went to the ABT MARUTI SERVICE CENTRE and I met one supervisor and asked him about my vehicle and he advised to sit in office room and I contacted the number [protected] (1.35 pm) and one gent attend the call and explained about my car service he request me sir give some time for delivery. I am waiting in office room hall from 1.35 pm to 2-25 pm but no response from any body(kindly check the CCTV FOOTAGE). In front of me 9 lady staffs and Two Gents staff sat but no body asked me “why you are waiting”(I very much disappointed the treatment). Then I called the same number and one person came to me and he said “Sir, your car ready and for changing of damaged wire and water wash cost Rs.1080/- and immediately I paid thru my card and he given one Bill for Rs.1080/-. I came out from office room for delivery and one gent clean my car, at that time only I saw my car was not washed and I request him to open the front bannet, the damaged wire is also not changed. I could not understand how without changing any damaged wire my car will start. I asked him and show him the unwashed in some areas and damaged wire inside to him. But he told me Mr.Selvakumar only your adviser I need not to give any service to you if you want to take the car. I asked him I already paid Rs.1080/- for changing of damaged wire and Water wash but both the service not happed in my car. Another fellow advised me Sir, once bill paid you take the care Suppose if you want again tomorrow bring your car we will wash and give to you.
One thing I want to know:
1.Without changing damaged wire how my car started – Ist cheating.
2.On 26.01.2022 (Why he advised me to take vehicle thru Recovery van) and he misguide to pay Rs.1600/- unnecessarily). – Iind Chating.
3.On 27.01.2022 no body contacted me and discuss about the problem and charge and all – III rd Cheating.
4.On 28.01.2022 ([protected]) why called me and promised me like “ your car is ready” – IV th Cheating.
5.On 30.01.2022, why the service supporters allow me wait for morethan one hour and finally they delivered my car without service completion and collected Rs.1080/- - Vth Cheating.
6.Service supporters FORCED me to TAKE MY CAR AND BRING THE CAR AGAIN TOMORROW for car wash – Vith cheating.
7. ABT MARUTI SERVICE CENTRE (NEAR FATIMA COLLEGE) – STAFFS CHEATING ME AND ABT MARUTI CHEATING ME AND MARUTI SUZUKI COMPANY ALSO CHEATING ME.
I expect from you correct and justify answer and I request to take disciplinary action against the irresponsible staffs and I claim the compensation of Rs.1, 00, 000/-. Otherwise I will go to CONSUMER GRIEVANE FORUM FOR MY COMPENSATION.
