Sir i have puchase new akto lxi (o) car in compitent automobile ltd hamirpur h.p. on dated 07/02/0/200/22 . So i check spare parts then jack road and wheel sniper are missing. So i call tha showroom two item is missing sir plese give these two item immediately.

    I am Prabakaran from Chidambaram, Cuddalore district, Tamilnadu state mobile no: [protected]. I had booked for maruti Suzuki Ertiga car model ZXI AGS BS6 White on 08.10.2021 Reference Number AD42800525 in the Cuddalore Maruti Suzuki showroom. I had been waiting for more than 4 months. Believing your assured period, i had sold my old car during December 2021. Due to this, i experience many difficulties without usage of four wheeler. Sir i reuest you to deliver my new booked car as early as possible. At the same time, if the delivery gets delay and please request you to arrange me a substitute car that i may use it till my new car is delivered. i hope that you may consider my requisition and take the necessary steps as soon as possible.

        Hi i booked an ertiga on 21/1/22 from Maruti Suzuki ARENA (AAA Vehicleades, New Delhi, Ghevra) my booking number is SOB21001019. They committed to provide my car within a week. After his commitment i sold my car and waiting for new my car. After one week they said we have some technical issue so not able to provide your car delivery, so the requested to allow few days more. I agreed because i could not do anything. After 2 weeks same thing happened and told me to wait more 10 days. This is very in professional think for maruti. I am facing many problems because of this. They are only doing fake promises and commitments just because of increasing their sales. When I told him to complaint in consumer forum then they said you don’t have commitment in our official letter head, so you cannot do anything. This is very frustrating. This is my first complaint, I will add more if they will not deliver my car soon

        Recently we received a call from dealer and they said, we don’t have car and you need to wait more 20 days. This is disgusting. They are only wasting customer time.

          I had booked for maruti Suzuki Ertiga car model ZXI AGS BS6 White on 08.10.2021 in the Cuddalore Maruti Suzuki showroom. I had been waiting for more than 4 months.             Dear sir,
            I want to service my vehicle burgman street
            3rd free service, from last two days i am going to suzuki bahadurpura service centre at 9.15 am.the staff behaviour is very bad and they not accepting my vehicle.they tell me they will accept daily only 15 vehicles.
            And the second thing is my vehicle battery exide company is not functioning properly under warranty.
            I ask them to replace the battery they tell it will take 8 days.so i tell them give me letter stamp for battery fault i will directly go to company for replacement but the management deny to give any letter.

              I purchased car from future auto dehradun . And fast tag issued by company .. which have zero balance. Which I told to customer advisor.
              But they didn't react to that . After which I have to pay double tax in toll plaza. And again after that I recharge my fast tag by 200 rupe but it didn't settled in my fast tag account. After that I complain to custmer manager for this issue . She took 2 hour to resolve but can't find any thing I attached all my fast tag account detail my recharge . After that I purchased new fast tag because I am in toll plaza . After that I called to highway delight app custmer no. By which they refunded me but my issue is that what's Is maruti custmer service has given to Mee they can't even process the app which they provided to me. I paid two times double paymnt to toll plaza. Who are responsible for that . I mail to maruti custmer care. But they won't respond. And I want that to refund the amount for which I paid to company against fast tag i waiting for your postive reply thanku!!

                I had on 25 Nov 2021, taken possession of one Maruti Vitara Brezza
                LXI purchased by me from Maruti dealer at Kerala namely M/S Sarathy Auto cars Pallimukku, Kollam -691010 vide their Invoice number 15/VSL/21000931 dated 19 Nov 21 through CSD.
                2. However one issue of concern was regarding the Extended Warranty. The payment for my car was made in two parts as follow.
                a) The first part namely Rs 670350.80 was paid direct by me on-line on 13 Nov 2021 to Canteen Services Department (CSD) through their website.
                b) The second part namely Rs 131143 was paid by me direct to M/S Sarathy Auto cars Pallimukku, Kollam -691010 of which Rs 12944.60 formed sub-payment towards the said Extended Warranty in question.

                3. Therefore, the said Extended Warranty was very much a
                part of Maruti sales package with me (and not in anyway related to the CSD) . This Extended Warranty has been provided to me directly by Maruti from the sum which I paid expressly to M/S Sarathy Auto cars Pallimukku, Kollam -691010 . To sum-up, the agreement for the Extended
                Warranty was thus purely between me and M/S Sarathy Auto cars Pallimukku, Kollam -691010 .
                4.On receiving the soft copy of the said Extended warranty, I was taken
                aback when I noticed that the said Extended Warranty was issued in favour of CSD Kochi and not to me .

                5. I feel that this is wrong and totally incorrect. I had taken up my concern with M/S Sarathy Auto cars and Maruti CEO vide my e-mails to them. However I have still not received any satisfactory explanation from Maruti.

                5. I am aggrieved by the above as I emphatically feel that the Warranty should have been be issued in my favour. I therefore request your kind action and request the following of your goodself.
                a) Maruti may be directed to re-issue the said Extended Warranty earliest in my favour.
                b) If above not possible, I may be refunded earliest the amount paid by me namely Rs 12944.60

                  I had booked a Swift ZXi-AGS orange colour on 7thDec21. Delivery commitment was 4-6 weeks. Dealer booked order by saying to deliver in 4 weeks. However after strong follow up they gave a despatch date of 25thJan22 saying delays due to COVID. This delivery date also failed. The matter was escalated to Maruti Suzuki regional office. They simply moved the delivery to 15thMar22 (again no strong commitment to this as well) or mentioned we can choose to cancel on 27thJan22 saying chip shortage. The COVID and chip issue was present while we booked and has been continuing. Understand few days here and there but how can some one double the delivery period. This shows they are misguiding consumers thus not allowing them to take a informed right decision at the point of booking.

                    Dear Team,

                    This complaint against false commitment of delivery of Ertiga ZXI+ (in solapur) by the Manager Mr. Saka [protected] of Chavan Motor, solapur

                    when i booked the car on dt: 03.01.2022 they committed me to handover the Car (Ertiga ZXI+) before 31st jan. but they didn't hand over the car to me. after that they committee me to handover the car on 2nd Feb 2022. now they again ask me that the car has not been dispatched from our Manesar plant.
                    before book the car, i clearly ask them that i want the delivery of Maruti Suzuki Ertiga ZXI+ before dt: 03rd Feb 2022 because that time its our Marriage anniversary, and the committee me the same date.

                    now till time i have not received the Car.
                    Please look into the matter and do the needful at your earliest.
                    also take action on Mr. Saka[protected], who is not reliable on the post of Manager in your esteem company.

                      This complaint against false commitment of delivery of Ertiga ZXI+ (in Ludhiana) by the Manager Mr. Manoj ([protected]) of Gulzar Moter, Ludhiana.

                      when i booked the car on dt: 17.01.2022 they committed me to handover the Car (Ertiga ZXI+) before 31st March. but they didn't hand over the car to me. after that they committee me to handover the car on 2nd Feb 2022. now they again ask me that the car has not been dispatched from our Manesar plant.
                      before book the car, i clearly ask them that i want the delivery of Maruti Suzuki Ertiga ZXI+ before dt: 03rd Feb 2022 because that time its our Marriage anniversary, and the committee me the same date.

                        I put my car Swift desire LXI for routine service and paid ₹ 10000 as informed by service center based on the inspection done by service staff. However after receiving the car from service center (Kiran Motors udhana, Surat) my car running erratically. It jumps with lots of jolts. While I visited the service center with the observation they asked me to replace jumpers on paid basis. My contention is that the jumper problem was never reported, neither it was told to me by service center after their observation and it is not there even in the estimate submitted by them. Then how this problem propped up suddenly and only after service. This is a clear case of damage during service or a fraud whereby they changed jumpers from my car to other car for personal economical benefit.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I am S.Senthil kumaran, owner of Maruti wagon R car with the Regn number TN 64 F 5864.

                          On 26.01.2022, I am unable to start my car morning, then I searched in google for ABT MARUTI SERVICE CENTRE PHONE NUMBER, But I could’t contact but on same day I received a call from[protected] at 2.10 pm and one lady contact me and given one number [protected] for service call. I immediately contact that number and one gent received a call and request me “sir call me later”. But I am not received any call from him again I phoned to him at 5.21 pm and he come to my place and he checked the car. Myself and himself identified some damage in electric wires due to RAT BITES and he explained the reason “RAT DAMAGED SOME ELECTRICAL WIRES” and he himself suggest to take the car to service centre thru recovery van and he given one number and I contacted him and he came to my place 6.46 pm and he took my vehicle and I Immediately paid Rs.1600/- for take my car to service centre.
                          Next day 27.01.2022 I am not received any call from ABT MARUTI SERVICE CENTRE (NEAR FATIMA COLLEGE ).
                          On 28.01.2022 at 9.18 AM I received a call from the number [protected] with statement “ sir your car ready you can take delivery today. I said Evening I will come and pick up my car. But I am unable to pickup my car on my time. And I request him ([protected])6.19 pm sir I am unable to come and tomorrow(29.01.2022) I will out of city so can I take delivery on Sunday (30.01.2022). He also accepted the same.

                          On 30.01.2022, I went to the ABT MARUTI SERVICE CENTRE and I met one supervisor and asked him about my vehicle and he advised to sit in office room and I contacted the number [protected] (1.35 pm) and one gent attend the call and explained about my car service he request me sir give some time for delivery. I am waiting in office room hall from 1.35 pm to 2-25 pm but no response from any body(kindly check the CCTV FOOTAGE). In front of me 9 lady staffs and Two Gents staff sat but no body asked me “why you are waiting”(I very much disappointed the treatment). Then I called the same number and one person came to me and he said “Sir, your car ready and for changing of damaged wire and water wash cost Rs.1080/- and immediately I paid thru my card and he given one Bill for Rs.1080/-. I came out from office room for delivery and one gent clean my car, at that time only I saw my car was not washed and I request him to open the front bannet, the damaged wire is also not changed. I could not understand how without changing any damaged wire my car will start. I asked him and show him the unwashed in some areas and damaged wire inside to him. But he told me Mr.Selvakumar only your adviser I need not to give any service to you if you want to take the car. I asked him I already paid Rs.1080/- for changing of damaged wire and Water wash but both the service not happed in my car. Another fellow advised me Sir, once bill paid you take the care Suppose if you want again tomorrow bring your car we will wash and give to you.

                          One thing I want to know:
                          1.Without changing damaged wire how my car started – Ist cheating.
                          2.On 26.01.2022 (Why he advised me to take vehicle thru Recovery van) and he misguide to pay Rs.1600/- unnecessarily). – Iind Chating.

                          3.On 27.01.2022 no body contacted me and discuss about the problem and charge and all – III rd Cheating.
                          4.On 28.01.2022 ([protected]) why called me and promised me like “ your car is ready” – IV th Cheating.

                          5.On 30.01.2022, why the service supporters allow me wait for morethan one hour and finally they delivered my car without service completion and collected Rs.1080/- - Vth Cheating.

                          6.Service supporters FORCED me to TAKE MY CAR AND BRING THE CAR AGAIN TOMORROW for car wash – Vith cheating.
                          7. ABT MARUTI SERVICE CENTRE (NEAR FATIMA COLLEGE) – STAFFS CHEATING ME AND ABT MARUTI CHEATING ME AND MARUTI SUZUKI COMPANY ALSO CHEATING ME.

                          I expect from you correct and justify answer and I request to take disciplinary action against the irresponsible staffs and I claim the compensation of Rs.1, 00, 000/-. Otherwise I will go to CONSUMER GRIEVANE FORUM FOR MY COMPENSATION.

                            On 25.1.2022, I had given the four wheeler Alto 800 to Sehgal at Bhor for servicing.
                            After servicing the car, I told them that there was a clutch jam in the car, but they did nothing. They did not oil or grease the car anywhere during the servicing and made me pay a total bill of Rs. 5493.

                                Ertiga premature uneven rear tyre wear problem

                                I have maruti ertiga vdi car purchased on 16july2019 from your authorized dealer madhusudan vehicles pvt ltd kasganj having registration no up87m9090
                                i am very disappointed on writing this
                                i had a great belief in the brand maruti suzuki car since year 2002
                                this story changed when i started experiencing premature uneven rear tyre wear problems
                                this problem occurs first time in my life as previously i was using maruti...

                                Respected Sir,
                                I Rajkumar Patil has booked Wagon r lxi (O) Magma Gray car from your autovista, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai showroom on 10th October 2021. And at that time they told me to get it in 2 months i.e. in January. But I haven't got the car yet. Now they are telling me that I will get it in 2 days from last 2 weeks. When I booked the car, there was a happy atmosphere for me and my whole family, but now because of them there is disappointment...

                                I would like to take this case to higher authorities when we book a car on X amount if the ex-showroom prize will increase & then delivery should be on same X prize.

                                Myself Mr. Shubham Sadanand Ghag I Purchased Ertiga Vxi Cng MH03DK9409 in October 2020 in the Name of My Father Mr. Sadanand Ghag at kiran motors Ghatkopar Mumbai. The sales executive from that showroom Mr. Abhishek Baing was handling My booking, he gave me Quotation of 10, 18, 000 with 5 years warranty ani i paid the whole amount of warranty also in my down payment, and then he ask for more 15, 500 as a security emi. I felt something fishy in that thing so i confirmed to showroom Yes bank's executive Name Mr. Prashant. Prashant confirmed me that Shubham You have to Pay 15, 500 as security emi that is our bank policy. So i told i want to speak to your senior then he said I am the person in this Showroom Handling Yes banks Loan procedure. Then too after six months also i asked Prashant that i confirmed in bank they are telling their is no security emi then too he was give me false statements that i know the bank policy you dnt worry. Several times i asked Abhishek Baing about warranty card he use to just give next next dates. And when I tried to met showroom manager he didn't allowed me to met several times i visited showroom for warranty but he just gave me reason that their is lot of booking of ertiga vehicle so server is having problem for warranty. But its been a year warranty has not registered on my car. And Then when i came to showroom on 23rd October 2021 i came to know that Abhishek Baing and Prashant both had done fraud with me in My warranty and in security Emi. And Abhishek baing was fired from his job. And then showroom management didn't helped me properly some executive were helping Prashant and telling me dnt file complaint against prashant ( yes bank executive ) And refuse to take my complaint letter also then again i visited showroom then the showroom management just answer me that Abhishek had done this fraud with more 3-4 people and we had file a complaint against him let's see what happens. And i gave a letter to showroom they refuse to take it but after a request they took the letter but refused me to give recieved copy. And after that also i am taking follow up from showroom then they are telling that we don't knw anything we had done complaint let see what happen, we are not getting any proper asnwer from showroom they are telling us to go to Abhishek baings home and recover your money. And not taking any action against That sales executive and that yes Bank executive.
                                I request you to please look behind this fraud and please help me to register my warranty soon because my car running is almost 40000 km and please look behind my 15500/- of security emi. We trust Maruti Suzuki a lot that is why we buy cars from authorised showroom but if this Maruti Suzuki authorised shoowroom people are doing such frauds then where we should buy cars. I have each and every proof. As call recording and Messages also so please i request you to solve my problem.

                                  I have given my Ertiga zxi+ for maruti suzuki service & repair on November 2021, Even till today (Jan 28, 2022) i havent got my car delivered.
