Dear Sir I have booked Ertiga CNG tour m on 9-september-2021 from cresco maruti showroom. Its been 9 months and there is no update on the delivery of vehicle and there is no assurance from dealer as well. At time of delivery it was commited 12 weeks of waiting time now its above 9 months. I am without any vehicle from long time and facing alot of issues. Please help in escalating this issue to Maruti or Competent managment so that someone can hear my voice.
