Dear Sir Ma am, Maruti Ertiga VXI No; TN05 AX 3956 bought 1 12 year, car gear could not able to change & got stuck. Complaint registered no: 931901 at 3.33pm, it was promised that it will be attended in 45 minutes thro sms but no one had attended as of now 5.25pm Waited in vain, poor & worst response by Maruti Suzuki team! we are helpless and having second thought on your service and please do not commit what you can not deliver!!
