Maruti Suzuki India — Ertiga zxi+ - starting problems, features not explained by dealer | |||||
I purchased ertiga zxi+ from bagga motors, patparganj, delhi on january 30, 2016. While delivering the vehicle, no one at the dealership explained even a single feature of the car except how to connect the phone to the car's infotainment system. There are lots of features of the car but the maruti manual is so complicated that one cannot use it practically. Also, my car has a push button start system and doesn't start in one go but after several attempts. I called maruti toll free number several times and each time they give the number of bagga motors. When i contact bagga motors, they transfer the call to technical department which never picks up the phone. I am repenting buying a maruti car when i had so many choices. I just bought the car thinking that maruti has excellent service back up but that is not true. Their executives taking calls on toll free number are not customer-friendly at all.
