Maruti Suzuki India — Exchange and delivery

My self Dipak Kumar sengupta from Kolkata.
I want to bought a new car by exchange my car. And I booked wagonr zxi model from Osl Motocorp pvt ltd Kolkata 236b AGC BOSE ROAD.My sales person name is Tamal Mitra.
When my car was evaluated by the evaluator from Osl I show my all papers as it is when car was evaluated and car also . My 1 kye is available . Evaluator and the sales man finalised the price and process after booking..
right now my loan amount is already processed
Then the sales man and his manager are doing bad behaviour and he pressuring me if you don’t provide the 2 keys then car is not exchange and new car is not delivered
Please help me
