I gave my car for servicing and repair at Machino techno Service Centre at dargah Road on 20th June 2016. I signed all the required documents and provided all the necessary informations to them. A week after that, I was informed that There was a fire in their godown and for which all the cars have been ceased and they cannot deliver my car. and there after, there has been no communication from their end, as to when n how will I get my car back. I kept calling their numbers and they did not answer my calls. Then on Friday, 1st of july, one of the people they answered the call and said, they will be delivering my car on Tuesday. I went on Tuesday morning to receive my car, and then they said that their is some issue with the wiring of my car, which was not present when I gave the car and as of today, 6th of July, I still have not received my car.
Also, They did not call me to inform, I have to call then up and ask the status, and every time, they tell me they are diagnosing the issue.
