My car registered number is WB26S7843. I had my yearly servicing done on 12th Nov 2020 at Sanei motors kolkata. On 15th Novemebr 2020 I was travelling from Kolkata towards Odisha and after 200 Kms on the NH I stopped my car to pay the toll fee and after that it did not start. I called nearby maruti service center and after their investigation they told engine was seized for which the car was towed to Jyote motors Balasore in Odisha. They have given an estimated cost of Rs 91256 . Even after several follow ups I did not get any convincing response why the issue happened and why the fault was not identified during the yearly serving which was done just 2 days before the incident. If servicing can not identify any faults what is the purpose of having regular maintenance servicing with high cost at authorized maruti servicing center. As a trusted maruti customer I always used to have my regular yearly servicing at maruti servicing center assuming I will have tension free ride of my car. Since within 2 days of servicing the engine was seized I am not going to bear such amount of damage cost.
