Maruti Suzuki India — False commitment

Complain against prakash auto. Pvt. Ltd. (Address: near toll naka, kon gaon, kalyan 421302. Tel[protected].)
Respected sir,
I payed 21000 rs. (Chq. No.844451, receipt no. Rec[protected] to book vitara brezza (Vdi) from above mentioned dealer on 8th march 2016. The dealer committed to deliver the car within 4 weeks of it's launch. It's now 4 weeks & 3 days. Till date i haven't got any response from the dealer. Also the dealer refuses to cancel the booking & also refuses to refund my money.
Please... Help
