Dear Maruti team, it very dissatisfactory and painful experience for me when a faulty Swift LXI delivered to me. I bought it on 5th. August 2016 from Anand Motors Lucknow with lot of joy and excitement as it was my first ever car earned. On 7th August, all the excitement gone suddenly when I came to know that there is a fault in the gear box and it'll be replaced even without driving a kilometre. Although, I was not ready to take repaired car when I paid for a new one. They requested saying no fault will occur again. But it was just a false commitment as they knew it was a faulty car. After 10-15 days again a sound of vibration noticed when we drove, informed to the service workshop at the time of first service. As per the service person, the AC compressor has a fault and it'll be replaced now. Even before a month of purchase and driven just 346 km, how can a new car has so many faults. Dear team, it is my hard earned money I'll not let it go. Request you to please replace my car with the new and ok one else I'll go upto ANY EXTENT to take my money back.
