Maruti Suzuki India — gear is not working//new wagon r lxi (cng) | |||
Hi I am fed-up with the MARUTI… I have purchased new Wagon R LXI (CNG) in the month of January 2019 and within 6 month the problem is occurring. I am unable to understand where to go and to whom I COMPLAINT regarding this. Yesterday morning (08th June 2019) I tried so many calls to Customer Service / also Gazipur Customer Service head (Mr. Amit) that my vehicle is not working but after so many calls the Maruti Person come around 4:PM then after we took our vehicle to Gazipur Workshop but still, since yesterday the vehicle is not ready. Now today Customer Relationship Manager (Rakesh) is saying that now 2 more days will take place to get ready the same, means on 11th June my vehicle will be ready. But why the new vehicle got problem?? No body explained……. I have wasted my whole Saturday (08th June) because of this and now don’t know how I will go to my office by tomorrow and day after tomorrow??? How bad service Maruti is providing…… I am very feed up and in future I will never take any CAR from MARUTI. Also suggest to my surrounding that never purchase any CAR from MARUTI…..
