Maruti Suzuki India — gear shift issue | |||
I own a maruti suzuki ertiga zdi model purchased during july, 2013 The problem i am facing is of shifting the gear from 3rd to 2nd which Does not get engaged and only my first, 3rd, 4th, top and reverse are Getting engaged. However, i have not taken the vehicle to an authorised Msil service centre but i sincerely feel that since this issue is persistent with the ertiga the company should come forth and offer free of service to all of its customers facing same or similar issue at least as a remedy and value the interest of the customer.
