Maruti Suzuki India — Getting Unwanted Service Calls

I'm residing in Chennai. And from all the maruthi dealers I've been receiving the call for leaving my car for service. I've informed them several times that I never owned a maruthi car.

For the last one month I'm receiving automated calls.
I request to kindly take the necessary action on maruthi services. This is really affecting my timings.
As per the caller they're calling related to the vehicle
Maruthi Suzuki Eriga.
