I have taken my Swift Dzire car to authorised maruthi service center (Zenith servicing- Chinar Park -Kolkata) dated 14.05.22 at 10.30am.
I have mentioned my chief complaints for the car as sound in the blower of AC front left panel, locking problem for the left rear door and the back bumper bracket replacement and interior cleaning of the car.
They have noted the complaints and promised to resolve all the issues and hand over the car on the same day by 4.30pm. In this respect I stayed in the workshop lounge and was waiting for the things to be done and take over the car back.
I have repeatedly asked them whether they can resolve all the issues and return my car in proper good condition. They confirmed andensured me that all the issues will be resolved and nothing will be left unresolved and car will be retuned with in the time given.
While opening the front dash board for AC repairing, i have requested them to take due care and keep the car cleaning. Inspite of- my request they have damaged the front interior carpet and they have changed my costly carpets with some other existing cars carpets in the workshop.
They have damaged by back bumper while taking the car into the wash area.
I have approached the manager and informed about the negligence and also tried to approach the regional manager vide phone call.
Regional manager repeatedly has cut my call telling that he is very busy and informed me to text in WhatsApp. I have messaged about all the happening in WhatsApp and to take necessary action on the service center.
Surprising this Maruthi Suzuki regional manager who is supposed to take action on the concerned service center has forwarded all my messages to the service center personnel and was telling them not to highlight this issues. He became a part of this jugglery group of service centers encouraging them to violate the rules of maruthi suzuki.
Finally they have not resolved my problems for car like for AC blower sound and door locking system and returned my car on 15.05.22 at 6.30pm. I was their in the workshop for two days and my car was damaged instead of getting rectified.
They have damaged all my car interior mat and filled the car mat with large carbon deposits and billing with Rs 14, 500/-
There were no signs or proof of what oil they have used for the Engine and brake except as mentioned in bill. There is not witness whether all the rectification is done.
Although I have given complaint repeatedly they have not responded and were very casual in their approach telling that end customer cannot do anything as the Maruthi suzuki regional manger is on their side and he is being favored by them on case to case basis from the service centers.
Finally I was disgressed and took my damaged car from them, taking a promise that they will clean my car in my next visit.
I request to take strict action on the concerned Maruthi Suzuki authorized service center (Zenith- Chinar Park- Kolkata) for mis handling my car, damaging interior, not resolving my problems of the car and delaying in handing over the car by one more day.
And also request to take strict action has to be taken on the concerned regional manager of maruthi suzuki who was supposed to talk with the End customer and should have ensured for resolving the complaint has joined hands with the service centers by encouraging in this crime.
And also request maruthi service higher official to verify the billing being done by this service center which seems to be inappropriate and incorrect.
I am attaching the bill I have paid which contains all the details of the service center and the billing they have done for your necessary action.
