I have booked a car in maruti suzuki showroom ertiga tour m cng variant on 9th September, 2021 .From the showroom side they said your car will take 2 months to arrive .after 2 months the sales guy contact us and said our car was arrived and arrange the loan amount.The loan was approved and processed by the bank .After the full payment they said the car will arrive within 1 week but the car was not delivered.so we contacted the showroom the showroom people carelessly said that the cng approval of the car was not came .They said: don't worry it will come next month.we paid the first due amount around 20 thousand and next month second emi due also came but the approval was not came .so they returned the loan amount to the bank.due to this we have have loss of nearly 60 thousand.Now the approval also came . today's date is June 6, 2022 the car was not delivered till now .if we call they will say( the car arrive's means we will give sir). I'm giving booking receipt below

    Getting Unwanted Service Calls

    I'm residing in Chennai. And from all the maruthi dealers I've been receiving the call for leaving my car for service. I've informed them several times that I never owned a maruthi car.

    For the last one month I'm receiving automated calls.
    I request to kindly take the necessary action on maruthi services. This is really affecting my timings.

    Engine Assembly line EGSA.My staff id is 432509 i had worked from 08/07/2020 to 07/02/2021. My UAN No is[protected] as well as PF Account number GNGGN[protected]. My previous company Honda cars pvt Ltd Tapukara district Alwar Rajasthan Provident fund has transferred in Maruti Suzuki trust account.I also have submitted my Form 13 transferred details along with attached appropriate documents to my supervisor but he didn't given me proper response since two months.I really need my Provident fund it this situation.My father is on dylasis so i really need my Provident fund.Sir, please assist me in this matter.I have been sent email to the Maruti Suzuki head office for 4 days but they couldn't reply me any answer regarding my Provident fund.

      I was give my car for repair in April and work done and after one month time my car ac was not working so I will visit Uday for check when we check we show horn was not fit so horn damaged ac condention and ac was not working properly I will not get proper ans from Uday auto and also one most thing his body shop GM MR Ansari told me MAFAT MA NA THAY That king of ans getting by senior emp it’s very pathetic so I need help for this

        Mainly the repair is not upto the level of maruti. This repair is a jugaadu type of repair seems like i have get my work done from a local workshop. When i drive my car on highway and i leave the stearing then car runs towards the road side not fully balanced. I took the consumable add on from maruti insurance broker, one of the tyre is having problem after the accident wksp has fitted tube in the tyre and now they are telling that we have not done anything to that tyre and wksp has denied to resolve these issues. They took double time than the estimated time of delivery. Not satisfied.

          Dear Sir,
          Yesterday evening while driving I faced problem with my CAR (Break down). I asked Jai Krishna (who taking care my CAR and under AMC.
          Concern person says, call tool free number, now no possibilities to support. Even I paid 3 years AMC amount.

          I called tool free number around 8:00 PM (after many tried) he says will call technician.Till now no one called from service end. then again morning (now) I called tool free number.
          They getting all details then transferred to some one. Like this transferred 4 person but no solution.

          Such a poor service I didn’t face from Maruti and I feeling why bough Maruti CAR and why paid AMC amount to “JAI KRISHNA” Coimbatore branch.

            Given my bike in simrah suzuki, elliots road, kolkata for general service on 28.05.2022 after duly booking an appointment. I got sms top that I'll get the vehicle on same day. But today is 31.05.2022 and i am waiting in service centre for more than a hour. I could see my being is being serviced only now for which they have quoted an estimate of ₹5000. Due to this delay I have to take and loss my leave in my workplace/office.

              Sir I have purchase new wagnar lxi dt 13 may 2022. When I collect that time I couldn't find dent on top of wagnar right site. I was excited that time. But when I was cleaning that time got one dent. I thought some body throughing from my building something heavy on car. But now I check showroom photo i show dent . Means dealers has cheated with me. Damage peace they give us. I want justice. Resolve this matter.

                  I have been facing problems with self-start since I purchased the bike. I complained so many times to the dealer but they kept changing my bike batteries every 4 to 6 months and said that the battery was damaged ( how batteries get damaged every 4 to 6 months unless there is some problem in the bike itself somewhere). its not acceptable that elders suffer with injuries during kick start or spend money batteries every 6 months. I need permanent fix to my kick start problem

                      When my car was evaluated by the evaluator from Osl I show my all papers as it is when car was evaluated and car also . My 1 kye is available . Evaluator and the sales man finalised the price and process after booking..
                      right now my loan amount is already processed
                      Then the sales man and his manager are doing bad behaviour and he pressuring me if you don’t provide the 2 keys then car is not exchange and new car is not delivered

                          New Car Swift dzire accident

                          Hi, my car met with accedient on March 10th night i have given to bhargavi Maruti Suziki(Bhargavi auto mobiles pvt ltd) renugunta road, tirupati its been 70+ days still the car didn't deliver even team is not responding they said will give by 16 april not it is may 19th still they didnt deliver is it maruti problem or dealer problem because of these it problems to us one month or 40 days should be okay but these many days they are saying...

                              I have taken my Swift Dzire car to authorised maruthi service center (Zenith servicing- Chinar Park -Kolkata) dated 14.05.22 at 10.30am.
                              I have mentioned my chief complaints for the car as sound in the blower of AC front left panel, locking problem for the left rear door and the back bumper bracket replacement and interior cleaning of the car.

                              They have noted the complaints and promised to resolve all the issues and hand over the car on the same day by 4.30pm. In this respect I stayed in the workshop lounge and was waiting for the things to be done and take over the car back.
                              I have repeatedly asked them whether they can resolve all the issues and return my car in proper good condition. They confirmed andensured me that all the issues will be resolved and nothing will be left unresolved and car will be retuned with in the time given.

                              While opening the front dash board for AC repairing, i have requested them to take due care and keep the car cleaning. Inspite of- my request they have damaged the front interior carpet and they have changed my costly carpets with some other existing cars carpets in the workshop.
                              They have damaged by back bumper while taking the car into the wash area.
                              I have approached the manager and informed about the negligence and also tried to approach the regional manager vide phone call.

                              Regional manager repeatedly has cut my call telling that he is very busy and informed me to text in WhatsApp. I have messaged about all the happening in WhatsApp and to take necessary action on the service center.
                              Surprising this Maruthi Suzuki regional manager who is supposed to take action on the concerned service center has forwarded all my messages to the service center personnel and was telling them not to highlight this issues. He became a part of this jugglery group of service centers encouraging them to violate the rules of maruthi suzuki.

                              Finally they have not resolved my problems for car like for AC blower sound and door locking system and returned my car on 15.05.22 at 6.30pm. I was their in the workshop for two days and my car was damaged instead of getting rectified.

                              They have damaged all my car interior mat and filled the car mat with large carbon deposits and billing with Rs 14, 500/-

                              There were no signs or proof of what oil they have used for the Engine and brake except as mentioned in bill. There is not witness whether all the rectification is done.

                              Although I have given complaint repeatedly they have not responded and were very casual in their approach telling that end customer cannot do anything as the Maruthi suzuki regional manger is on their side and he is being favored by them on case to case basis from the service centers.

                              Finally I was disgressed and took my damaged car from them, taking a promise that they will clean my car in my next visit.

                              I request to take strict action on the concerned Maruthi Suzuki authorized service center (Zenith- Chinar Park- Kolkata) for mis handling my car, damaging interior, not resolving my problems of the car and delaying in handing over the car by one more day.

                              And also request to take strict action has to be taken on the concerned regional manager of maruthi suzuki who was supposed to talk with the End customer and should have ensured for resolving the complaint has joined hands with the service centers by encouraging in this crime.

                              And also request maruthi service higher official to verify the billing being done by this service center which seems to be inappropriate and incorrect.

                              I am attaching the bill I have paid which contains all the details of the service center and the billing they have done for your necessary action.

                                I am the owner of Maruti Swift Dzire ZXI CG12R 5453. I have sent my vehicle to Maruti Workshop on dated 04 aug 2021 for servicing of AC ac filter change and washing of vehicle. The dashboard was opened and refitted for the servicing of AC. The vehicle was handedover to me and I found AC s windscreen blower not working at service center itself and reported the advisor, the AC was again checked for this fault by the AC servicing staff immediately and they told me that vehicle will be rectified free of cost and one part is now required to be replaced for which they are placing the order and then advised me to take the vehicle and assured me for its rectification after receipt of parts. No call was received regarding the availability of parts and its rectification since the new issue occurred during repair. I myself called maruti service center to enquire regarding the same and the reply was that advisor has left the job. Lateron I again took the vehicle to the workshop for its rectification and again the dashboard was opened for rectification and refitted without rectification of the issue and again the statement was the part has to be ordered and they will inform regarding the same. But all in vain No response and call received and no response for availability of parts even after my call was encountered. Now, after completion of 90000kms. i sent the vehicle again for servicing and rectification of the same AC issue after consulting the Maruti servicing centre for rectification of old pending AC issue. The vehicle was taken for repair nearly 15days back and the dashboard was again opened for 3rd time and refitted without resolution of the issue as no part has been ordered yet. they again informed that part is not available and needed to be ordered. This time I refused to take the handover of the vehicle without its proper rectification. Since then vehicle is lying in the workshop and parts are being arranged since 15days. I enquired yesterday at service center and the reply was parts have arrived and it will be completed by today or tomorrow. The dashboard was again refitted with replacement of the part but all in vain the issue is not resolved yet. They again told me today that the issue has not been resolved yet and opening and refitting of dashboard has been done 4times. Again they are ordering some parts and doing hit and trial. This shows negligency in delivering services to the customer and untrained behaviour of the service centre. Also I tried to complain maruti service no. of times but the complaint is not getting accepted and system is showing YOUR ROAD SEEMS BLOCKED, TAKE A U TURN.. I have also mailed Mr. Atul Jha, TSM Head office Maruti Bhubaneswar regarding same. But no reply yet. This much of time and persistence issue and non-coperation of the staff of service center of Maruti has resulted in physical and mental harrasment and the same will be put up in consumer court with prior information to Maruti team.

Also I tried to complain maruti service no. of times but the complaint is not getting accepted and system show YOUR ROAD SEEMS BLOCKED, TAKE A U TURN.. I have also mailed Mr. Atul Jha, TSM Head office Maruti Bhubaneswar regarding same. But no reply yet. This much of time and persistence issue and non-coperation of the staff of service center of Maruti has resulted in physical and mental harrasment and the same will be put up in consumer court with prior information to Maruti team.

                                    We got the delivery of XL6 on 9 May 2022 from Radha govind wheels Meerut. But car stopped working after taking the car out for the first time. I contacted showroom for immediate support but they send technician after 20 hours. But he couldn’t resolve the issue. I feel it’s a manufacturing issue. If they fix the issue then also I would not feel safe to take my family in this car for a small or long drive. So I just want to return this Car and want to get all my money back. I am very disappointed by Maruti Car and their service.
