I would like to highlight the service centre work done in the name of car service. We had several issues with our car related to services and we clearly mentioned those services to the service representative Mr. Akash of Magic Auto in which details involved; start stop switch issue needed to be replaced, gear oil change, issue with wipers etc.
But in the name of service, after 6 days that means 21 August, Magic Auto people returned our car late evening around 7.30 pm. We checked and found many other new faults included with the old faults. Like wiper issue not resolved, indicator beep stopped working, car front speaker became faulty, moistures came in front lights, left fog light became faulty, one left light stopped working, not even basic car cleaning done. And for all these faults done only in exchange of approx Rs.25000 bill which is our hard-earned money. After that I visited them to 22 August i.e., Monday full day which is office day normally Magic Auto visited the workshop to understand the issues and get rectified. But unfortunately, Mr. Akash showed he was doing our car service from his pocket money. After a full day of headache with those people, our car still does not function properly. We seriously don't understand what kind of services Magic Auto provided.
Kindly tell me the procedure to sue Mr. Akash and Magic Auto for this kind of heinous work in the name of service. This is seriously in front of our eyes as our hard money has gone into vain. I am filing a complaint against Magic Auto and service agent Mr. Akash. Kindly cooperate and suggest to us what to do next. As I need my money back which you guys asked on the name of service. I seriously do not understand what happened to the exterior which is the visible part of the car but kindly suggest what these guys have done in the name of internal service like clutch work, gear oil work etc. So, I would like to complaint against Magic Auto and service representative Mr. Akash and GM of Magic Auto.
