I have purchased Baleno Delta petrol variant in Nov-2016 Registration Number-DL8CAP1685, after few days i have observed there is some issue in brakes, and it was escalated to Krish Motors Wazirpur and they informed me brake system was defective and they replaced it free of cost, now the main issue is from last 1 year i am observing Steering is very hard not working properly.
I have visited Competent motors-Dwarka Maitiala Delhi, and service advisor confirms me that issue is in steering column, which costs around 46-50 K,
as you know the amount is very high, so i searched about this issue in google and came to know that there was manufacturing defect in steering column and one circular is also issued for the same with the affected Chassis numbers of vehicle. I checked my vehicle Chassis number it is in the list and also mentioned if the vehicle is out of warranty, then it will be replaced by service center/dealership in goodwill, this is also apply on labour charges, so i asked Competent motors to replace this part for free of cost.

The first reply (After so many days) from Competent they will give me 50% discount, and when i again asked him that this is a known issue they told me it will be done on chargeable basis only. (No response from anyone, didn't receive single call from Maruti/nexa guys.

Also i have joined Baleno Facebook Group, where 90% people confirms they faced same issue and after replacement it got resolved.

Nexa representative is saying your car is out of warranty, but they didn't reply to my question- My Car is only 28 or 29k driven, is Maruti/Nexa is manufacturing a very low quality parts which life is not more than 4-5 years, waaow we have invest our hard earned money, to this worst car?
All Services are done from Maruti Authorised Service center, but now no one is taking responsibility neither Nexa not Maruti.

Escalate the issue on Twitter also and got revert every time, team will get in touch with you but no one called yet.

I need the vehicle to me rectified to standard driving conditions without any cost.
Maruti/Nexa has put lives of members of my family at risk with their faulty engineering standards. More so they have caused me harassment

    My car was given for servicing on 29/06/2022, with a complaint to attend, of dashboard backlight lits continuously (ignition key out). At the time of delivery, because of bright daylight, it could not be made out. But at night it was noticed that the backlights were lit. Next day I visited the workshop and complained about it. I was told, I will be called soon after the availability of the required spare. I did not received any call, so I revisited, after waiting for few days. Again I was assured of call back, once the availability of the required spare to test. I have not received any call till now. Present status: I am abroad now, and the car is not starting, as the battery is drained because of continuously backlight lit.
    What action/solution do "The Maruti Suzuki" have for this issue?

      Complaint regarding slow response from Maruti

      Good day. I had booked a Wagon R ZXI= 1.2L ISS AGS/Met. Magma Grey on 27th Mar'22. On booking, I was sent a message stating that the tentative waiting period is 18-20 weeks. From the date of my booking, 20 weeks is already over but still, I have not any clue as to when my car will be available for delivery and not a clear commitment or response from the Dealer. Each time they say we are working but not a commitment...

      I booked my Maruti Ertiga zxi plus Blue colour vehicle on 9th of May 2022 and settled Rs 10000 for booking amount and kotak prime bank settled Rs 12 lakhs and 3 thousand for loan on June 2022 and I am going to pay 3rd EMI but till now u don't got my vehicle. Take this as my complaint and take necessary action

          I have purchased Maruti Ertiga VXI CNG 1.5L 5MT BS VI on 03.06.2022 from TR Sawhney Motors Pvt. Ltd, Dariyagang, New Delhi PIN 110002 but the dealer not issued me Registration paper till date . I have contacted so many times on mobile but he is not giving satisfactory answer. Due to this I am afraid of challan of my vehicle. I have paid full amount of my vehicle but the dealer not issuing original and final registration paper. Kindly look in to the matter and instruct the dealer to issue me final registration paper.

            I would like to highlight the service centre work done in the name of car service. We had several issues with our car related to services and we clearly mentioned those services to the service representative Mr. Akash of Magic Auto in which details involved; start stop switch issue needed to be replaced, gear oil change, issue with wipers etc.

            But in the name of service, after 6 days that means 21 August, Magic Auto people...

            It's been more than 5 months since I have filed this service complaint but no action has been taken yet :

            I went to receive my Swift Zxi BR01CG3935 16/03/2022 after some service work and work of some accidental claim.

            On checking, I found the car to be dirty and a roof light not working.The service manager got these done after confrontation while I waited.

            I also found the car AC blower throwing water droplets which was not happening when I had given the car( The AC was specially checked throughout the test drive by Technician Rinku while I was in the car and he confirmed the AC to be absolutely okay).

            PS: This Service sheet was also misplaced by Team and they tried to shift the blame for it on me.

            On informing my service advisor Saurabh about it on the spot :

            First he denied and said "Paani nai aa raha hai".

            I had to run the AC for good 15 minutes and call few other people from the workshop and show water droplets on my had to convince him.

            After this he said, "Washing kaa paani hai sir", khatam ho jaayega.

            Not convinced, I waited there with the AC on and told him that this looks like some problem and not washing kaa paani and then he said " sir cooling karega toh paani toh aayega he".

            I didnt know how to counter such senseless statements.

            After furthur discussions, these service people said that they will get my car picked up the next day and resolve the issue and have it returned.

            I left the workshop on that note, I called Saurabh- my Service advisor from the way also and told him it clearly doesn't look like water from washing as the AC blower is still discharging water,

            On this he suddenly and very rudely started saying that you will be charged for AC servicing and it will not be done tomorrow etc etc,

            On bringing this incident to the notice of the Service head - Brajesh Ji he said he will have the car picked up & checked the next day(17th May 2022) personally.

            Inspite of a reminder call in the morning itself on 17th May, the car was not picked up.

            On inquiring again, Brajesh ji made me talk to there GM who asked me to come along with the car after Holi and see personally.

            I told him, I had already spent more than 4-5 hours for two days on this service & repair work.,

            It is not possible for me to come to workshop again and again leaving my office.

            On which he said we will open the AC infront of you & if it is dirty you will be charged for AC service.

            Opening any old working machine would always have dust inside it, but I was not facing such issue when I gave the car and your technician also checked it, I said.

            The GM adamantly said, it's not my fault.

            I didnt know what to say.


            I got various service jobs done simply on the words of the technicians completely trusting Maruti Service.

            Whats the point of detailed test drive and check up of the car while giving the car?

            Whats the point of so much documental formalities where you write everything of whats right and whats not and get it signed by us ?

            Why should any get servicing done if my car's one problem is solved and another is deliberately raised?

            Why should I be paying for some problem which was not prevalent in the Car while giving the car?

            My family has been very old Maruti and Alankar Patna customers and have had some Maruti Car for years and we couldn't in our dreams expect such bad behavior and poor servicing ever.

            We take this incident very personally as it feels like Fraud & Blackmail.

            My car is still leaking water and I am still waiting for redressal.

              I had sent my car for body repair work at manpada thane service centre. upon recieving the car, i noticed that my car has been driven 31 km despite my home being just 5km away from the centre. I had informed this to the Regional head as well as the workshop head and have not recieved a satisfactory explanation from their end. They say that car has been driven for parking purposes . This is an absolute shame on MS brand that they use and give foolish explanations. How is 20km for parking purpose justified?

                A month ago i given service for engine work.. I have been charged Rs20000, it was not working properly, not comfortable driving too. Middle of driving gets engine off, two times i was about to met accident because in the middle of the road engine gets off.. So many times complaint after one month they took for service and i been charged another Rs 2247.. Then also same problem.. Now they are telling we are helpless.. They collected extra Rs 2247... No bills given.. I have prrof of transactions details.. Total I spender arond Rs 25000..

                  I Have booked a new Breeza ZXi AT Dual tone red and black in the month of 10 July 2022, from then no response from Varun Motors - Maruti Suzuki Car Dealer (Service Center, ECIL), whenever i called them saying it will deliver soon almost near to 2 months . when the time booking they told it will deliver in 15 days . false commitment .because of there false commitment i have sold my old car and facing problems to travel.

                  i have contacted maruthi customer care and email to [protected]@maruti.co.in from my gmail id .Shiva.[protected]@gmail.com. but no response

                  if you cannot deliver on time please dont give false commitment .
                  hope Maruti team will respond atleast here .

                    We have booked an Ertiga ZXI CNG with Maruti Suzuki ARENA (Varun Motors, Hyderabad, Nanakramguda)
                    Address: IT Park Gachibowli, SY. No 115/P, ISB Rd, Financial District, Nanakaramguda, Telangana 500032
                    on 18th April 2022 with an expected delivery of 6 to 8 weeks and at as 30th June'2022 which is mentioned in the booking form.
                    the Max waiting period for said vehicle and in the region has also breached as per Maruti and still we have no clue on the vehicle

                      With reference to the above subject i have purchased the vehicle vitara brezza vdi with registration no. DL9CAN4669 in August 2017

                      I am facing a problem with steering of the vehicle which has also been noticed by the service center . The service center says that the problem is resolved with changing the steering column.

                      And due to this steering problem i am also suffering from right arm pain which is increasing day by day and also risk in driving car. Kindly look into the matter and please suggest to me how this issue can be resolved.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        This is to inform you that I am currently facing terrific issues on my Infotainment system. On every 1 hour of driving my infotainment system always gets hanged and then I need to stop the car and then get out of the car and then again entered the car and give the ignition to get the infotainment system restored which is quite impossible task while highway driving.

                        Recently I have visited One Auto Kalikapur service center ( Kolkata, WB) for the same issue where I have met with Mr. Rajiv who is the expert of infotainment system where I have been informed that my mobile is not compatible with the infotainment system.

                        Now my question is if this is so then how come infotainment runs from last 1 year from this same mobile where I have not faced any issue earlier and also why I have not been informed earlier while purchasing the car.

                        Maruti is not at all responding on my mail.
                        Please help me

                          SHVS is not working

                          1) The Motor generator unit which has been changed in the last service (25/11/2021) is not working. Vehicle number TS08GK4413. It has been changed twice since from the vehicle purchased, but it is failed again. SHVS is not working. kindly resolve the issue.

                          2) I observed an abnormal noise from the wheels, even I have raised a complaint in the year-2020, but the service person managed to shoot the blame on tyres. Now I have...

                          Bought my car in 2019 and just renewed my subscription for next 3 years using the link sent my MAruti and I had promply received my invoice with th emessage "my subscription was renewed succesfully'.

                          Still I am unable to login to Suzuki connect app in my mobile.
                          To resolve this issue I have tried contacting suzuki connect support, local dealer sending mail to contact @nexaexperience but still issue is unresolved.
                          Based on the advise from Customer support for suzuki connect I sent mail to [protected]@nexaexperience but not even a single response in 10 days after my mail. Not even an autogenerated email acknowledgement for my mail.
                          Later the customer support told me I can also local dealer showroom where I bought my car. When contacted, the local showroom simply said they have not received the payment, even though I showed them the invoice from Maruti which clearly said my subscription was renewed. They said there will be no such option for online payment and also that they have not received any confirmation from Maruti payment. With all my proofs sent to them for my payment and even after one week no response. When I called them now they said they still have not received payment confirmation and also suddenly they told me the suzuki connect which I had in my vehicle is no more supported and cannot be enabled even if payment is received by them.

                          This was never informed to me when the vehicle was sold with this additional features. They sold the car pushing suzuki connect as a advanced telematics solution with all kind of features.

                          Added to that I do not know how Maruti accepted the payment for renewal and promptly sent me the invoice if the product is no longer supported. Even this payment the local dealer says he has not yet received.
                          Customer is left to suffer with misleading information while selling the car and now I just not sure where to escalate.

                          There is no way complaints can be escalated as so many technical and personnel blocks by Maruti to avoid genuine complaints/feedback. (Ex. When submitting online the complaints form, you wont receive OTP on your mail to submit. The customer support simply says no escalation contact and will ask to send mail to some un monitored mail box. The showroom manager will not tell who is the next escalation contact even after asking so many times.) Simply they don't want to hear customer complaints.
                          Simple facts that I understand is Maruti will not support the device they sold. They don't know real meaning of commitment.

                            Suzuki connect is a live tracking device of my car. It stoped working from last 4months . Given more that 50 complaints in form of call and mails. 3 days back they removed my tracking device and sent it to the company(panasonic). They replied the device is working fine, problem is the network (vodafone 2g). As a customer i did not select vodaphone. It is provided by maruti. If signal issue is there they have to rectify it with the service provider. About me i am living in the same area from last 10 years(core of mangalore city). All three years it worked fine. I paid rs 10000 for device and did a second recharge for next 3 years(2025) for 2100rs. Now maruti is not giving proper reply . I installed this device for a purpose. And now it is not served because of the problem of maruti. I request them to refund or replace my device. Today they called me and told to reinstall the device back to my car as panasonic told device is working fine and it is network issue.

                                My booking No. for New Brezza Zxi plus is SO22000421 at Tricity Autos. I was told that I will get a Car in July but so far there is no information of date of delivery. Can you please confirm the date of delivery, how long should I wait or you want me to go in for another brand, which I don't want to. Although I booked a Car even before the launch, the booking no. was SOB22000275 but it was cancelled automatically and I got new booking number. I booked the Car on 24th May, 2022. So practically it is two and half months past and I have no news. Rather I should have got the delivery from the first consignment but it is not happened. I booked New Brezza ZXi plus, Splendid Silver
