Maruti Suzuki India — I am complaining about the delay in the delivery of my car

Hello.. i am booking a baleno zeta 1.3 car on 1.1.2016 from kp automotive jaipur. and they committed in written they should be deliver car in 4 to 6 weeks. But till now do not deliver car.. and not responding to me and avoiding me. they promised me to they shall deliver upto end of march but they not deliver.. i am rising a complain against the dealer in maruti complain department on 11 feb. but they also not reponding regarding this and complain no is NX[protected]
it is a marriage car. and and they not deliver. so it was the very bad for our image in society bcz we dont give this car.
. So i want to reliefs something and company deliver me car as soon as possible.

NO responce of my complain from both side. Complain department and maruti Suzuki..
Maruti suzuki is really very very poor company in the whole world
I also disappointed with his commitments for car delivery n not any responsable answer to the customer.
Maruti suzuki behave with her customer like he is delivered the car for free to the customer. Dont take money against the car.
had sent all the required hard copy of the documents on 09/07/2015 through Hare Krishna Auto Pvt. Ltd. (dealer code 0579) for the refund of excise charged on vehicles registered as taxi (Maruti Suzuki Ertiga MH04 GD3912) . The vehicles used under M A Tours & Travels (prop. Shaikh Zahid Ahmed). But still I had not received the refund amount. I am hereby sending the scan copy of all the documents. Kindly do the needfull for releasing my excise refund claim as soon as possible. hencefore nobody from ur side is replying any of my mails since 12/1/2016 .one o[censored]r representitive name.miss mayuri {[protected]} has called me regarding my excise duty refund but after n week she hasnt any commuinication. she told me ur refnd cheque will be send to me till 7/4/2016 but still i havent got any followup from ur side .
i kindly request u to send the refund cheque as soon as possible.

otherwise i have to file as case againt ur company n the person who has called me regarding this refund .
