I was travelling to delhi, near meerut my car suddenly stop which was 10 month old and 7200 km ran, in forest where there is no one. I m with my family. I called to customer care then they provide me toying facility in 5 hour. It got already late so i went to delhi. I found some small pieces of metal with engine oil. Then next day i went to meerut workshop which is raj sneh auto. I met with another man in auto workshop who owns the same car baleno and having same metallic piece, then we both were told after 10 days that engine get hydro lock and company will not take the responsibility. I got bill of about 60 thousand, then company give me 50 percent discount. But still i am charged about 30 thousand. Which is still out of my range.in newly insured car i felt cheated.

Updated by syed moiz husain i did not get any response, a huge loss to customer but company do not care.they are busy in making profit.
