I have purcahsed nexa baleno petrol model on 19/10/2018 within 5 days the car started giving problems of ignition, engine not giving crack as a result not getting start. The same issue was faced again when i was in belgaum and got stuck inbetween traffic therefore we have to suffer and made to travel our family in a cab. So we then immediately contacted nexa nearest showroom for help but in meantime after engaging the push start button n keeping leg continous on accelerator the engine started. Then after couple of days same issue was faced when i tried to start the vehicle in the morning, then we called nexa goa for help they took the vehicle with them n were not able to rectify the issue n delivered the vehicle back, before taking delivery we have informed the service advisor that if same issue is repeated again i will not take the vehicle back untill n unless its replaced by a new car.
This ignition issue is a technical fault which is faced by me such faults are very less may be 0.01% from the entire production which should be resolved at the earliest by replacing the new car. If this issue is common for you then the model should be totally outdated immediately.
If my raised concern is not resolved within a week time i may approach further.
Hope you resolve it at the earliest.
