This is very disappointing in wrt mail to you.. I have taken a 2+2 warranty and paid an extra amount for the extended warranty.. When i had purchased my car..
This is very disappointing that when i visited maruti service centre for repairing shocker that comes under warranty and for that i have already paid in advance.. These people had ignore to repair my car shocker. And saying that we will send a mail to maruti company for approval.. I do not understand that if i have taken a extended warranty and paid extra amount for that then what is the use for that to be in trouble.. And i have spended whole day in work shop and end of the day they replied this..
This is very surprising to me that spending a day and they didn't do any thing...
Although they were forcing me to to do a service.. If i will do my car service from there workshop then they will replace shocker.. Other wise not.
Being wasted a full day.. Nothing comes up... Can i expect a positive response.. Or suggest will i repair/change shocker from outside..
Also dd motors work shop employee has stolen my valuable from my car.
Would expect a reply from companies side...
