Dear sir,

With regards to the above mentioned subject, kindly note that the service which i got from your service center was pathetic. i had given my maruti zen - mh 01 ma 2817 for servicing on 3rd of august 2016 at fort point midc - andheri east. i was been informed that due to the old model the spare parts would take some time. i agreed to this and gave my car to mr. anil who was the customer service executive at your branch.

Time and again i was following up form mr. anil and i used to get the same answer that the parts are not yet come. if i wanted to i would have gone to kurla and fixed up my car in just one day but i believe in quality that's the reason i always choose authorized maruti service center so that i get all genuine parts for my car. you can check your records, i have always given my car for servicing in maruti. this time the service standards were totally not acceptable as after one month i got my car back on 3rd of september 2016 after paying a hefty amount including labor charges. when i got my car back, the car was in a condition worse than before. the dicky of the car was not closing, the rear door on the left side was not getting locked, rear door on the right hand side was making more noise, the steering was more tight than before.

I was very upset about this. then i got a call from your service center about the feedback. i told them all the issues and one fine day one person from your center come to pick up the car and the funny part is i got the car after 02 day and still in the same condition. wow!! this was something amazing.

I called up mr. anil and he says that he has done the work. you can ask the person from your center also who came to deliver the car. the car was still in the same condition.

Now this was not something was expected from a reputed service center of maruti.

Why did this happen?? just because my car was old enough for your team to handle it or was it a pure negligence from your team as new cars were given the first priority rather than the old ones.

Mr. manager, could you please justify the pure negligence which has been occurred by your team of experts. i am sorry but self would not recommend maruti service center to any of my corporate colleagues.

Self would be awaiting your revert asap.

    Even not received RTO Documents for the same so please do the needful. Details are given below.

      Rear axle beam of maruti suzuki swift desire

      My swift dezire vxi is about 4years old. Started hearing noise from the rear some 6months back. The mechanic said the axle beam is to be replaced. And he said that he had seen the same problem in 4-5 other swifts also. Another mechanic said the same. Is this a common fault? It is hard to believe that maruti does so. Please let me know the number of this axle beam. Please send a photo if possible....

      Petrol tank capacity of swift dzire

      I own a swift dezire zxi (2013 model). when i go to petrol pump to fill my petrol tank, sometimes the petrol filled is upto 45 litres.
      The official capacity of the fuel tank for swift dezire given is 43 litres.
      (i fill petrol upto top of the inlet pipe)
      I have following 2 questions to ask-
      01) please confirm if the petrol tank is almost empty & i fill the petrol upto the inlet pipe level - can it be filled upto...

      Have purchased baleno alpha diesel on 2nd june 2016, and found that made mistake by falling for the so much hype and claimed features. The car is good at interiors but the most important part - safety is overlooked, brakes are not responsive neither the abs/ebd. But the worst thing came to me when i was driving on the highway and found that as the car came on the concrete road having groves it started wobbling and i was losing control as the speedometer moves over 60-70 kmph. It feels like the vehicle is sliding to left and right continuously. When complained the same with the dealership-nexa, came to know that similar complaints are made by few other customers as well but the reason is not known. Since then i am writing mail to nexa dealership, maruti suzuki customer care but no one is responding. How irresponsible of maruti suzuki, they are playing with life of their customers and others by launching such faulty models on roads.

        Hi,
        I have Bought Suzuki Access 125 new in June 2016 and my horror at best after that .have rear wheel vibration issue my vehicle shakes a lot while travelling .Suzuki even recalled vehicles to fix rear wheel shaft issue but the problem is quite evident even after that .My Service Centre in fatima nagar pune as well as suzki pune area managers they are not taking my complaints they are just saying there is no problem at all. .

        please don't buy this vehicle to repent later .Rest your wish .

          I have purchase A new car Alto K10 VXI on[protected] from Dealer Fortune car Bhiwadi Rajasthan, as on today running KM is 7000 kilometer.
          And i have been observed that a manufacturing defect in rear tyre on[protected], Defect is clearly appearing that the joint of tyre being opened as shown in attached photos. Tyre made by JK Tyre.

          I have already communicated to Fortune car bhiwadi for replacement on[protected] but till on today No response received from Fortune car and defective tyre is also in custody of them.

          So please help and do need full ASAP.

            I, Gautam Saxena having Maruti Wagon R, UP32 FE 4017, which has been damaged in an accident on dt. 09.07.2016. I have handover damaged vehicle to M/s Anand Motors Chinhat Lucknow for repairing of damaged vehicle on dt. 10.07.2016. After 2.5 months, Manager Anand Motors has call me that your vehicle has been fully repaired and ready to deliver. We have to inform you that my vehicle was Insured from New India Assurance Co. Ltd. Lucknow under cashless so I have paid difference amount Rs.70722/= in cash on dt 29.09.2016 and told him that I will takeup the vehicle at evening, when I reached at your Service centre at evening then your manager ask me that Power Stayering is not working properly, vehicle will be delivered after 1 week, various telephonic request your service center has deliver my vehicle on dt. 09.10.2016 at evening.
            When I was going to our home from Anand Motors Chinhat Lucknow (30 KM from chinhat) that time I have noticed that parking Light and dipper is not working, again I went to Anand Motors on dt. 10.10.2016 for such repairing, after completion the work I went to home, next day I have noticed that-

            1. Enterior of Vehicle was very dirty (Photo attached)
            2. Seat belt is very dirty (Photo attached)
            3. Floor Mat was not fixed properly (Photo attached)
            4. Charger Pin was Missing (Photo attached)
            5. Roof Mat was not fitted properly (Photo attached)
            6. Stationery tape fixed on side beading which is looking very bad. I talked with Decorator who has advised me that double side thin tape available in the market for fixing in side beading then why Stationery tape fixed on side beading ? (Photo attached)
            7. Rear Mirror was very loose (Photo attached)
            8. Third Gear is not working properly
            9. Clip was fixed on door beading, has been misplaced (Photo attached)
            10. various clips are mixing
            11. FM antenna has been replaced with damaged antenna (Photo attached)
            12. Paint job is also not satisfactory its looks like done by road side venders.(Photo attached)
            13. There is one clip which missing and used to hang small materials just in front left seat below dashboard (Photo attached).
            14. Seat cover is also very dirty (Photo attached)

            I am very disappointed and request you to kindly take up the matter on top priority

                Hello Team,
                I have given my access motorcycle at Venugopala motors pvt ltd, vizianagaram for some upper body parts change as it has been damaged from some incident, but on the engine wise and performance wise the bike was totally OK, they have charged me nearly 5000rs and have changed the parts but since i have got back bike from them the performance of bike was horrible, it was showing all the problems that were not there before, bike was not slowing down completely even after accelerating down, bike was shaky, signal lights were not working etc, when i have informed about all these complaints then and there itself the supervisor told that we have only did what all you told apart from that we don't know any thing, give the bike for service as it still requires a repair of around 1000 to 2000rs.. All the problems which have not been there before have arisen and i finally have to give them the bike for service and they have charged my 923 rs for that, and when i got the bike again after service from them the kick rod was missing, when i asked them for it they informed me that it was not there firstly and they will charge me extra around 350rs for that..

                This is very horrible and shameful incident from the service center who are looting consumers like this and making them forcefully pay for the problems which were not even there before, is this what the company does for their loyal customers, after this incident i will never dare to buy a Suzuki product and will never ever refer others..

                    Unfortunately on 9th oct 16 my car dezire tour model broke down and towed to my regular service center fortpoint auto p. Ltd at midc andheri east mumbai 400093.
                    On 10 oct 16 got call from the center by sa rahul that fuelpump is not working and need to replace with new one, estimated expenses 11000/- with labour.
                    Next day i got call from the same person that my car was fixed and i have to pay
                    16038 for fuelpump+scanning and rewiring. To understand i go personally on 12 oct 16 at 5.00 pm but he was not there. Again on next day i visited at same time but he is out there. So i met gm rajesh mendura and explained every thing.
                    As per him the bill is generated so he can not do any thing except labour which he deducted. I paid the bill through check amount of 15860/-
                    I want to understand if fuel pump fused how the entire wiring need to change? Second if they changed wiring, and want to see is it proper why should i charged for sdi parameters?
                    When they show me bill at service center sa name is rahul, after paying i got the bill printed name sa dipak kunden. My last service was did on 5 oct.16. But on bill it shows 16-06-16. It made me more suspicious.
                    I have amc contract with fort point from last 3 years. Every free and paid service did by them. Now i feel cheated and regret about there policy.

                      Ignore of service in extended warranty by maruti dealer-dd motors

                      This is very disappointing in wrt mail to you.. I have taken a 2+2 warranty and paid an extra amount for the extended warranty.. When i had purchased my car..
                      This is very disappointing that when i visited maruti service centre for repairing shocker that comes under warranty and for that i have already paid in advance.. These people had ignore to repair my car shocker. And saying that we will send a mail to maruti company for approval.....

                      Folks,

                      I have purchased Maruti Ertiga ZDI in Nov' 2014. Now it is just 26000 and odd kilo meters and completed only 20 months.

                      During my recent drive, Clutch has completely failed and I was literally stranded in middle of no where with two families and elders, and that too during night time.

                      I spent 10.5L to buy this car and it is sad to see the car Clutch failed so early. In addition, very poor response regarding road side assistance from the dealer.

                      I just want to share my experience so that others will make informed decisions before buying Ertiga Diesel.

                        I am a new customer of maruti Suzuki. And i m book a Swift desire . My Loan is approves by hdfc bank and the amount is transfer to the odissy motors and sambalpur odisha. The car delivery date was 10.10.2016. When i m asking to the odissy motors why u don't delivery my car? Than they reply me to the car was on the way and we will deliver the car after 6/7 days...
                        I am not satisfy the sell and service of Odisyy motors sambalpur. And i request u to take a necessary action to the odissy motors sambalpur odisha..

They very wroust performance make man as fool. I like suzuki but infact of pillai & sons dealer make irutating about suzuki. Please change the dealer of our district.                                 I took delivery of the said car in the evening of 6th october 2016 from rohan motors sector 2 noida and was driven home by rohan motors staff
                                While going through the car manual i came across a warning on page 2-5 regarding serious risks to health of people with pacemakers from the radio waves produced by push botton start system antennas
                                My wife has a pacemaker installed in her chest as such she will be prone to severe risk every time she travels in the ciaz car in it's present condition the car has no use for me unless system is modified and risk factor removed
                                I have already brought this to the notice of mr rajneesh singh manager sales operations rohan motors noida

                                I took delivery of Cia Zxi automatic car on 06 10 16 from Rohan Motors, Noida yesterday evening and driven home by Rohan staff
                                I tried to start the car today but it not start Rohan staff came and jump started the car I was stunned to observe that battery had completely drained out without the car moving an inch even though all lights were off
                                I need replacement of new battery

                                Secondly I draw your kind attention to Warning on page 2-5 regarding Radio waves interfering with electrical, medical equipment like Pacemakers leading to severe injury and death
                                My wife has a pacemaker installed in her chest and that sets me worrying
                                I want an assurance from you weather it is safe for her to travel in Ciaz car If she can not this car is not good for us please reply IMMEDIATELY I have already informed Manager Sales Operations, Mr Rajneesh Singh Rohan Motors Noida

                                  I bought a ciaz zxi + engine no 7135472 on 21 aug 2016 from rohan motors, gurgaon after three weeks, i drove the car to kandaghat, solan hp, a distance of 350 kms from gurgaon and reading was 410 kms.in a day or so, i experienced major loud noise from suspension even on a slight road bump as if the shockers had packed up. No problem on the highway though. Came back immediately and car was sent to rohan motors, service centre gurgaon with this specific complaint for first servicing.
                                  To my utter dismay, i was told that the jumping rod bush had gone and new modified bush would only be available after 4th oct. I also gathered that at least 40 ciaz vehicles were pending modification at rohan itself and all ciaz are affected.
                                  I have seen my brand new car completely opened up twice and they had difficulty assembling the steering back even. Destroyed my confidence in maruti and car lying in my garage as no info from dealer or service centre. User of maruti for nearly 20 years will hesitate to buy a maruti again.
                                  My question why general recall was not issued for ciaz? How can you see a new car opened up twice and yet to be repaired? Will maruti replace this car for me or guarantee me trouble free service/ who compensates for the harassment i am going through?
                                  Need an urgent reply and future plan.

                                  when can i expect a reply? Rohan Motors have still not contacted me. What kind of after sales service is this?

                                  Car done Took six hours. opened up all again and steering twice for proper centering. Bad feeling but advise that be there yourself and take test drive yourself to assess correct fitting. Bushes werte changed, two of them and only time can tell as they were rubber ones
                                  I am a ciaz user too. Purchased it on 2nd Sept in Delhi and facing the same issue . I had sent a mail to Maruti but did not get a direct reply from them, instead a service centre person called me up to get it checked. I got to know from other sources that there has been a internal circular from Maruti to service stations in this regard. Been following up with service centre, but they have told me to wait . Apparetly the part is Stabiliser bar bush.

                                  They have recieved the rubber bush from Japan and i got my car done yesterday. painful to see your brand new car suspension downed twice. Steering also had to be opened. Insisted on wheel alignment which was done by Rohan motors. Steering wheel centering took three attempts. wasted six hours in the process. Not a single word from Maruti. Am asking for extended warranty by atleast one year

                                  Please let me know if your car feels OK after getting the part changed. I am still waiting for my service centre to confirm the same. Does the noise still trouble you ? I hope that the car is restored to its original state and they have not introduced any more defects after this job.
                                  Car seems ok but bad experience. New car opened up twice and not a word of re assurance from Maruti
                                  Also, not sure how long the bush is going to last. Time alone will tell.
