Maruti Suzuki India — Improper response from the dealer concerning invoice for an accident car

Dear sir our maruti suzuki ritz vdi bs iv -
Diesel (Reg no: kl27-b-2626; chas no ma3fdeb1s00277023; eng no d13a1515655; dt o delivery 01/01/2011 from popular motors kottayam) met with an accident on 21st august, 2016 and assessed as total loss. The insurance office (Oriental insurance office) is asking for the invoice/actual price proof to claim the insurance. When we went to the dealer concerning this, we were responded to our shock that we are the 5th owner and since the manufacturing of the ritz model had been stopped it's impossible to trace the particulars. The proceedings are getting delayed. Kindly help us in this issue to get the actual price proof. Thank you.
