Dear sir,
there is fault in newly purchased access bs6 march 2020. It doesn't start most of the time, when it get started with several manual kicks it stops anytime in between. This may result in accident / dangerous situation. Request to take this matter seriously and replace my vehicle mh-01-dq-7821 immediately within 1 week to avoid consequential losses/ damages.
I have visited service centre 3 times and was send back with irrelevant solutions like warm the vehicle, accelerate it before riding, use manual kicks for some time, etc which is ridiculous.
It is my humble request to take this matter as special case to avoid further escalation.
