Maruti Suzuki India — Manufacturing defect of celerio vxi | |||||
Dear Sir. I am a faithful customer of maruti having owned 6 maruti cars in my lifetime. I also own a swift dzire vxi. Recently i exchanged my zen estilo on persuasion of maruti salesmen for a celerio vxi. I took delivery of my celerio vxi on 16/01/17. On 19/1/17 in the middle of a busy road this car developed clutch problem and would not move. I called the dealer and works manager of beekay auto asansol who expressed their inability to help me at 8pm. I however managed to tow my car upto my house. Next day technicians came and said clutch is out of order and it will not be covered in warranty. My question is how can this develop in 3days. My driver is very experienced having driven my maruti cars for ten years. I strongly believe that this is a case of manufacturing defect. I met the GM of beekay auto asansol also. Now it is almost 3.days they have not sent any one to tow my car to their workshop despite repeated phone calls to even GM. I am shocked with the attitude of Beekay auto and maruti co. I believe my trust in maruti was not worth it. Please look into this matter and do something urgently. Was this information helpful? | |||||
