Maruti Suzuki India — Maruti CIAZ ZDI CAR Since last one month was not repaired | |||
I owned a maruti suzuki CIAZ ZDI purchased in Feb-2015, which was met with an accident where the bumper was detached and lost.The vehicle was handed over to JYOTE MOTORS Ltd, Bhubaneswar on 22.07.2016 and approve by the INSURANCE Company for full repair. Today is 26.08.2016. I am working now as the principal of a reputed Engineering College and my work place is 25 kilometers from Bhubaneswar City. After the vehicle was handed over no specific information is provided as on today as to when the vehicle will be handed over. For coming to and going from my work place I am hiring an OLA Taxi spending lot of money which is totally a heavy financial burden on me. If I purchased a higher model vehicle with the hope that good after sales service will be be available, then I am totally disappointed.
