This is regarding the disgusting experience with our maruti nexa ciaz delta purchased on 7.1.2019. The details of the purchase are as below :

After the delivery on 7th january it was prominently visible that the car was repainted. The entire body was full of over - spray engulfing the gloss of the whole body. Paint sprinkles were even visible on the door glasses. There was issue with colour mismatch on back side left quarter panel. We took it to the showroom on 8th of january (Prem motors, sector 14, gurgaon) where from it was bought. The showroom manager took it to the adjacent bodyshop to get it checked with senior technician where this was proved that something was seriously wrong with it. The very next day they fixed an appointment with the colour expert of their choice where again it was confirmed in presence of all the concerned maruti representatives that it was a repaired model. The manager personally asked for one day span to intimate us the final decision. Our car is with the showroom people now and there after they are not responding to any of our calls. This is a clear case o[censored]nscrupulous and fraud on the part of the company. Customer satisfaction is a far off thing, they are not at all bothered to abide by the basic human decency. This was our first venture with maruti and truly speaking the kind o[censored]nprofessional and untruthful response we received we will never ever come back to maruti again in future. Is this expected on a humanitarian ground that the sufferer will keep calling for a justified solution and the culprit will ignore that and remain shamelessly inert after accepting the fault?
And now after 2 days they are denying the fact and asking us pay more for 2019 model. What nonsense.
