I have entrusted my car no. Kl 05aa 336 to indus motors venpalavattam anayara po trivandrum on 12.07 2017 for periodical maintainence and the vehicle was delivered at my door on 13.07.2017 and an amount of rs.10813.00 paid against bill no.145/ br1700405 dated 13.07 2017. As i am residing at kottayam about 160 kms from trivandrum i returned on 13.07 2017 itself and observed that the dash board was not opening which was hitherto working properly and the matter was immediately brought to the notice of the service centre and requested if it was possible to get it rectified at their kottayam centre. But they agreed to rectify the same at their tvm workshop on my return to tvm after two months. Today i called on them at tvm but their response was so rude that i felt very bad. I never expected this type of impropriety from the agents of this reputed company and like to mention that i am using a maruti vehicle right from 1998. I am a retired officer of a public sector undertaking.
Not only did they not rectify a problem created by them, but said additional payment has to be made and also informed they cannot give a definite time frame for fixing the problem, this has left me in a fix. Should i ignore this as an inevitable situation in this country or raise this matter to you as an honest citizen. We can live with anything but arrogance from service centres is too much to digest. I request you to interfere immediately and give me a solution asap.
