I gave my car baleno dl 9c an 1651 to d. D. Motors mayapuri dealer code : 0813 [tin: [protected]] for body workshop work on 29th june 2017. Because of an accident i met on 28th june at teen murti, the ride side of the car, especially ride doors got damaged. I was told that due to gst, car will be taken car post 30th june to which i agreed. On 2nd july i receive a message on my phone saying that insurer has done the initial checks. And then on 7th july i received a message on my phone saying that my car is almost ready with repair work. Then i asked gurpreet (Workshop guy whom i gave the car) to deliver the car at home. He did get it deliver but in worst condition and without proper work done. Paint was done in a very bad way and car was extremely dirty. I received it in the evening. I asked the driver to take it back and inform gurpreet that this time i will come and collect it from showroom.
Later, i figured out that car has dents on left panel as well, causing damage to left doors (Both) along with bumper. These guys tried doing some repair work on bumper which was clearly visible. When inquired, they responded that car came in this situation only-putting all the fault on me. They even manipulated my documents with over writing using diffrenet ball pen and hand wriitng which is so visible. They are not supporting-from junior staff to senior management. They even gave verbal threat that they have cars lying from 2-3 years with cases going on. So if do case, its of no use. They said we should get our car repairs and go-as per mr.
