Maruti Suzuki India — Navnit motors worst service. Not satisfactory | |||||
I went for the servicing of my car suzuki vitara brezza there the service advisor mr. sachin and mr. vinayak attended my cqall and they were a total disgrace to the companies name. Mr. Vinayak could not solve my issue i had told him about and Mr. Sachin is the most arrogant person i have ever met. i had came regarding my service issue i was called at 10:30 and was told by Mr. Vinayak the complaint will be resolved in an hour.Mr.Vinayak was not even able to get the service advisor and at 11:15, 45 mins later i was attended with the most horrible person Mr. Sachin who is good for nothing. Mr. Vinayak did not want to attend me nor did he try to resolve any of my complaints. Mr. sachin was trying to teach me and i have taken video shoot as Mr. Sachin was not even able to remove the fuel pipe and finally till 12 noon, Mr. Vinayak and Mr. Sachin were not able to solve the problem were just doing time pass as earlier for service advisor they took more than 20 mins for the test drive, I am horrified by the service of navnit motors.
