Maruti Celerio (RJ 08 ca 7050) purchased on 28-2-17 from M/S Bhatia car, bundi a authorised distributor.Copy of sale deed is enclosed. New Car was given for 2nd service on 11th july 2017.copy of job card is enclosed. I m suprise to note that my new car was badly damaged by service centre staff during service tenure. Unprofessional behaviour shown by Authorised service centre of Bhatia car situated at Bundi (Raj).
I am also applied Maruti Suzuki Customer care on 21st july 2017 through interaction id[protected]. No satisfactory received response till date.
My car was still standing at service centre . I had to hire private taxi for daily conveyance which cost me Rs. 2000/- per day.
My New car which was acquired before 4 month and run only around 5000 km. was damaged by service centre staff.
I lost my faith in reknowned company maruti suzuki india .
i want new car in replacement.
