Maruti Suzuki India — Non standard service

I would like to raise complaint against delear Pagariya Auto pvt ltd, Aurangabad, Maharashtra. i have purchased Celerio ZXI on 25th septembet 2015 I have booked zxi gray colour model but at the time of delivery your executive given me information that due to mistake by logistic department we have ordered white and he convinced me and i dont have other choice after making payment and approval of loan now i came for first service on 10 october and when i have give vehicle at that time i have highlighted some technical issues like gear shifting is not smooth for first and reverse gear gives noise wiper water spray is not set properly clutch setting to be done it is too hard and ac filter installation to be done but when i received the car after servicing it is found that car is in very dirty condition from inside with greacy oily seat covers beige white coloured interiour fiber become black with greace stain all cabin is spoiled with dirt and dust and on door I observed SPITTING spots of GUTKA and next they have not done any clutch setting next they have not done any correction in wiper water spray adjustment nor solved big problem of gear box noise and height of that they have not installed ac filters and the executive given me feedback that it is allready installed one and upone second time after argument he told me that it is not in stock thats why we havent and at the last top of the nonsence i observed that they made dent on right rear side all these problems were seen by your duty officer and attendent of my car and they want to excuse these ones but i want to know how they can cheat the customers and who will recover my money and mental disturbances
