Dear Sir, Maam, I hav booked a Baleno-Delta 1.2 petrol on Oct 21-2016 at Bima Auto Agency, Guwahati. I hav changed my car colour from "Mat premium silver to Urban Blue" on Jan 23rd thru written request n it's approved. But til today I havnt received da vehicle. Kindly do the needful as earliest. Your kind cooperation will ever remembered. Thanks
