I am saurav. I work in a mnc german firm walter tools. This may not be of your concern but i want your kind concern over my booking invoice copy of which is attached. I have booked a maruti suzuki dezire zxiplus on 5 july 2017, delivery of which was expected by diwali festival. After the booking in aug the distributer m/s alankar sales executive mr amit called me twice to get the car in august but as per expected delivery schedules i did arrange for funds for october. I have been trying to reach out the executive from last 2 week for the remaining payment status and car status but either they are not replying or they are refusing for delivery now. If such is the case what is the service commitment of maruti suzuki dealership. I work in a mns firm and i referred to it as i know the high standard work ethics in a firm as such. We are associated to you also as a tooling vendor and i know your work ethics are novice. But such service partner hampers the image. Pls guide for the further needful doings. Listing out the problems with the service partner of your's
1. Commitment of delivery not being fulfilled. (Expected by 15 october earlier, refusing it now)
2. Not repying to the calls properly by any of the employees.
3. It should be discussed afterwards only but referring it here. I asked for a choice number (Although not so fancy 1691). At the time of booking they first refused to take the ownership for the same and refused to provide this number. Later on they accepted to give it a try. Now i am not sure whether they will provide the same or not.
