Maruti Suzuki India — Not giving warranty

My Car Maruti Swift Dezire is under warranty-but when I approach to Service Centre in Karnal(Modren Motors) they refused to give any warranty and asked us to pay the whole amount.Details of GM is as follows:

Chandigarh Senior Official:Mr.Gunjan Malik

Please help me in this matter as it is really embarrassing situation where nobody is cooperating and asked us bluntly to do this job work outside rather than from there service centre.All services have been done from authorised service centre but now they refused to cooperate at any level.

Please look into this matter and revert.
