I was booked ertiga vxi on 07 may 19 and pay in adv of rs 11, 000/-. Now some more reason i can't bought the car, that's why i return money back. I applied to return for booking money in 21 dec 19. But customer executive and showroom manager are not returning money. I also mail several time with attach supporting documents but still they are not refunding my money.

Updated by pradipanindita As per maruti policy, clearly mentioned that "there will be no cancellation charges if the customer cancel the bookings". But agency is charging rs 295/- and they not returning full money.
