Maruti Suzuki India — poor mileage issue

I have purchased a new maruti alto k10 on nov 2016. As per website mentioned as arai tested mileage of 24km per litre of petrol. But am not even getting 20. As i expected minimum it should give 20kmpl but actually what i am getting is 10 or 12kmpl. I am not satisfied by buying this maruti car. I don't want 24kmpl also but atleast am expecting 20kmpl. Maruti is providing false advertisement of 24kmpl mileage for alto k10. I have done 5 nos servicing from your authorize service center (Bimal maruti sundarpur, guwahati). I was informed my issue of your service executive, they told that 10 -12 kmpl mileage is ok and you can not get more than 12 kmpl at your city. Hope action will be taken.
