Maruti Suzuki India — Poor quality and bad customer handling. | |||
I purchased Maruti Celerio in 2018 and so far has only clocked 9140kms. Yesterday while running it got 'OFF' with abnormal noise. Today I took the car for service center. VISHNU CARS AVADI CHENNAI. There the advisor said radiator malfunctioned and so water emptied which resulted in engine choke . Now they are asking me to pay 35, 000 for service saying it is my issue . I have frequently carried out all services timely with this particular authorised center. The workshop manager and advisor are too harsh on me trying to blame on me for their quality issue. How can I hold responsibility for a warranty car, which hasn't even driven 10, 000 kms . I want Maruti Suzuki India to get involved and address on my issue.
