Maruti Suzuki India — Poor service by rb cars dahod

Car kept by rb cars dahod for 16 days and when approached, the vehicle was not repaired. Not even approached me for the status despite of frequent followups. I had to use hired vehicle for those 16days which has costed me around rs.40000.00. Need refund for those expense i had to bear due to negligence and carelessness of rb cars dahod. Mailed on [protected]@maruti.Co.In on 4 occassion but not even a single complaint mail is been acknowledged. Called on customer care for twice but no resolution. Ahmedabad regional office is not picking up calls. Such a poor gesture was not expected from car giant like maruti.
