Maruti Suzuki India — poor service, unnecessarily delay in providing service at jammu motors, kathua (j&k)

Sir, on 30.5.2019 at 12.40 pm, i visited jammu motors (Kathua) j&k for 2nd time polishing my dezire car no: jk08g-512, which took 6 hrs with poor quality. I approached the office for my work they told that shortly you will be attend by the concerned person. After 30 minutes i again approached but i was told that boys are on lunch. At 2.30 pm on person come to me and handed over the key and told that your car in in que for washing but after 2 hrs of waiting i find that my car was not in que for washing, i inquired from service manager he told that in few minutes your work will be done but again after one hr nothing was done. I ask them should i go back then at 5.00 p. M. They started washing and polishing my car.
I was surprised that polish was not properly done as done on 1st time polishing, small scars are very visible and requested to remove that, the mechanic told me that today we have not compound of this color so please give your mobile no. I will call you. But till date i have not received any call from any person from jammu motors. I have to spend 6 hours in jammu motors just for polishing my car which required just 30 minutes and consumed half day leave and without lunch with very poor quality. Moreover there is no pickup and drop facilities generally available for customers. Jammu motors kathua is not fair in dealing, misguide, mislead the customer and careless in satisfying. Regard.
