I am using maruti Ritz since 2011 and continuously service made at maruti authorized service station only .
Henevforth as per normal routine service I surrendered my vehicle no up70 bp9095 to Greenland motors service station teliarganj prayagraj on 22nd June. And got a call from service manager mr sunil (mob no [protected]) regarding completion of job at 5.30 PM.when I reached service at approx at 6 PM it was desperately insisted to made payment first and collect the vehicle later.i did not noticed and made a payment of rs 5659.0 and got the keys to collect the vehicle approx 200 meters away from service station which was kept at a petrol.pump, don't know why?
I usually started my vehicle and reached home and when I was shutting my door closed I noticed the back seat was leaned so I open my back door and tried to make it straight but was not able to make it fix.i tried again and was not able to.
Then I realised why everything was happened in hurry .
The seat had been broken by the service team and had not been informed .immediealtly called up mr sunil and made complaint, in revert he confirmd that he is aware about this and its happening cause of cng kit fiited un my vehicle
I totally failed to understand as cng kit had been fitted for more than 3 years and vehicle got serviced so many time but never it happened .
I minutely again checked and found the people at service station made their best efforts to make it fixed and as a result of their best efforts my seat got broke
Now mr sunil is saying he will make it rectify but have to come after Monday.i am a working guy and not feasible to come again and again to service station and also I have lost 5000 at least just cause of sevice station mistake.
Kindly resolve and reimburse the compensation to avoid any further legal action yo be taken from my end.

Magic Auto( preet Vihar, Delhi), Authorized dealer of car seller of Maruti company. They are doing fraud with customer on new car’s accessories. They installs local accessories, however they charged for the Maruti Genuine accessories. In this fraud following below members are involved:
• Mr. Puneet (Accessories Manager)
• Ms. Priya (Accessories Assistant Manager)
• Ms. Madhuri ( Customer support Executive: She is also involved by favour to her fraud team even after fraud exposed in front of customer)
• Sr. Management ( Because without their knowledge such type frauds are not possible)
Back Ground : I have purchased a new car ( Wagon-R LXI – CNG) on dated 11/11/2020 through Mr. Kuldeep(Magic Auto) included accessories along with Music system and rear camera with screen. But I didn’t receive the accessories bill till 22/12/2020 after hard discussion with Magic Auto team, I received the bill on dated 22/12/2020 but part number was not mentioned for rear camera only in that list. Later on I found that this camera was of RD make instead of MSGA. In the same context, I went again at Magic auto on dated 27/12/2020 to get the part number of already installed rear camera in my car. But they was making excuse to unable to provide the part number, however they are ready to replace it and finally they replaced rear camera of my car at 8:00Pm. Then I found old rear camera was local RD make(attached image fyr).
In this context, I would like share one more incident. Initially they installed a music system (pioneer make) in my car, which was not working properly and they replaced it with Sony make music system that also was not working properly. Then finally they replaced 3rd time with Sony make system. Therefore I strongly feel that initially 2 time installed music system was duplicate.
This is very unethical practice and Magic Auto is cheating to the customers. Therefore I request you, please cancel the dealership license of all Magic Auto or put penalty of at least 10, 00, 000 inr on them and I need the proof of same. Further I would like to get a call/Communication from Maruti Suzuki only, not from Magic Auto.
If Maruti team will not taking any action against Magic auto. So I have to share this fraud on all social media.
