Dear sir,

I have a booked Ertiga ZXi from 12th May, 2019 and was told that delivery will be about two months time. However, on enquiry with the dealer, no clear cut answers are being given. In fact, many a time enquiries are not even answered.
Please look into this and expedite the delivery.

Also, I keep wondering the Maruti sales figure are down MoM basis and on the contrary, the delivery of booked vehicle...

I have recently purchased a new nexa baleno (zeta Automatic) from excell autovista pvt. ltd. (baner, pune). To our shock we were delivered a very dirty car externally and internally. I Purchased Maruti Brezza in November 2016, its only @.5 years and battery is not working. Even after paying extended warranty charges my battery is not covered and generally battery comes with 3/4 years of warranty, then why only 2 years with new Maruti car.

Further to my complaint after the service where I spent INR 12600, I have submitted the car (KA01MR1767) again at the Service Center near Banergatta road. The guy who went for the test ride touched the under body of the car over the bumper on a bad rough road. If your technicians and employees cannot handle the car properly, then how should I as a customer can trust?

Such a bad experience with Kalyani motors, I will escalate...
