Respected sir/madam,
This is in regard to my maruti 4 wheeler having reg. No mh02by7295.

It has gone for servicing at your authorised showroom chaugule industry.
After billing, it has come to light that the name of the owner has not been changed in your database. I had transfered the car ownership in my name in june 2015.
However the same is not reflected in your database. It still shows the name of the previous owner and hence the bill has not been raised in my name.
It needs to be raised in my name: - priti rasputra.
I am attaching a copy of rc book of the said vehicle. Please note i need the bill in my name as i need to claim it for tax refund. Therefore the same needs to be done at your end as soon as possible.

    Sir, on 30.5.2019 at 12.40 pm, i visited jammu motors (Kathua) j&k for 2nd time polishing my dezire car no: jk08g-512, which took 6 hrs with poor quality. I approached the office for my work they told that shortly you will be attend by the concerned person. After 30 minutes i again approached but i was told that boys are on lunch. At 2.30 pm on person come to me and handed over the key and told that your car in in que for washing but after...

    Its has been more than 8 years and it not on the road. i tried to contact the Agency from where we bought, but that has been closed and tried to contact your customer care too he asked me write a mail and its 2nd time am writing this to you can you please take it seriously
    Because i thought your company is brand where we can rely on it

        I have purchased a hayate from dwarka suzuki, a-48 gulab baghdad nawada, new delhi during aug 2017 since than it is giving trouble by frequently burning clutch even after 6 regular service still after running a few kms it is stop licking speed and running only 20kmph. They have told me that it was delivered without modification and changed its drum but still facing same problems. Please direct concerned dealer to do needful.

          I have suzuki access 125 cc scooty,
          I had sane problem like others water filled into airfilter from back tyre, when you drive the bike in rain, cause air filter places exactly in front of back tyre.in other brands honda, hero, tvs this was position is different.
          I'm requesting you please don't release any other model, before you rectify this issue.

          Im requesting you all don't suzuki access 125 they have design problem, this will trouble you heavily in rainy season.

When i go for a claim the person attend me give surety of claim on behalf of maruti insurance and take my car after 3 days he says we are unable to give claim and take your car and give written application that u have got your settlement.

                I brought suzuki accress 125 scooter from dealer m/s mrp suzuki location ulhasnagar on 19th may 2019 vehicle no mh05 ec2532 after 5 day itself troubling for droping oil from engine. Went to showroom met the service manager they told me to do not take ride on this situation. Will take a approval to replace the engine from the company it will take 10 to 15 day to resolved. Till now i am not get any responce from dealer and the company i am very irrited to your service.

                Now i dont want this vehicle i want my money back. Youare not a serious about your job.

                Now you take action on this other wise i will go to consumer

                  I had purchased my wagonr car jh05cb 9378 from motor world jamshedpur on 24/04/2018. On 23/04/2019 they had taken it for last free servicing and returned it in the evening but to my surprise they did not wash the car. I had complained it when they had called me for feedback who assured that it will be done but i am still waiting for it. Recently i have detected a sound produced while driving which increases with acceleration and reduces when the acceleration is reduced or the brakes are applied this i complained to mr. Alam service manager of motor world who sent his person on 25/06/2019with whom i drove the car and he also heard the noise. He took the car to the service station and returned me in the evening but the sound is still there. Since then i have spoken to mr alam to take the car and remove the sound but he is making excuses. Today when i spoke to him he told me to take the car to the service station but i told him to pick it up since i do not have time. He finally told me that he would pick the car on 29/06/2019 and make it like any other car sine i insisted upon him to remove the sound.
                  I therefore request you to make sure that the car is taken urgently and the sound is removed or else replace my car with a new one.

                    I have done my car insurance via maruti dealer kankariya auto ahamadnagar. He took the cash and issue me nic insurance original certificate. After 4 month i chek my policy bstetus then i know my car policy not ragister. After that 4 month kankariya give me another policy certificate hdfc. I many times send complent go maruti or dealer but didn't gate any response. Very disgusting services to maruti and dealer.

                    Dear Maruti Team,

                    Magic Auto( preet Vihar, Delhi), Authorized dealer of car seller of Maruti company. They are doing fraud with customer on new car’s accessories. They installs local accessories, however they charged for the Maruti Genuine accessories. In this fraud following below members are involved:
                    • Mr. Puneet (Accessories Manager)
                    • Ms. Priya (Accessories Assistant Manager)
                    • Ms. Madhuri ( Customer support Executive: She is also involved by favour to her fraud team even after fraud exposed in front of customer)
                    • Sr. Management ( Because without their knowledge such type frauds are not possible)

                    Back Ground : I have purchased a new car ( Wagon-R LXI – CNG) on dated 11/11/2020 through Mr. Kuldeep(Magic Auto) included accessories along with Music system and rear camera with screen. But I didn’t receive the accessories bill till 22/12/2020 after hard discussion with Magic Auto team, I received the bill on dated 22/12/2020 but part number was not mentioned for rear camera only in that list. Later on I found that this camera was of RD make instead of MSGA. In the same context, I went again at Magic auto on dated 27/12/2020 to get the part number of already installed rear camera in my car. But they was making excuse to unable to provide the part number, however they are ready to replace it and finally they replaced rear camera of my car at 8:00Pm. Then I found old rear camera was local RD make(attached image fyr).

                    In this context, I would like share one more incident. Initially they installed a music system (pioneer make) in my car, which was not working properly and they replaced it with Sony make music system that also was not working properly. Then finally they replaced 3rd time with Sony make system. Therefore I strongly feel that initially 2 time installed music system was duplicate.

                    This is very unethical practice and Magic Auto is cheating to the customers. Therefore I request you, please cancel the dealership license of all Magic Auto or put penalty of at least 10, 00, 000 inr on them and I need the proof of same. Further I would like to get a call/Communication from Maruti Suzuki only, not from Magic Auto.

                    If Maruti team will not taking any action against Magic auto. So I have to share this fraud on all social media.

                    Prompt response will be appreciated.

                      I am apologize for buying this scooter, since not proper services and spare parts. The mileage of the scooter was poor after the third service. The indicator is not waterproof, since a month that i didn't get replacing. The digital meter of fuel tank is not working properly. Its also a month i report this. I purchase the scooter with a lot of expectations but i really disappointed it. It is not worth the value i paid for it.
                      Bro I need to buy scooter. Please you prefer model and varient to buy.

                        Sir, my maruthi suzki swift dezire car
                        Ts 01 eh 3335 amt 2016 model car was break down 10 days back at ramagundam which is located at telangana state... Adarsha maruthi service center mechanics took away to service center. Than they found the accelerator problem in the car. First they said we are trying child part of accelerator and we send order to company and it's cost approximately 5000 rupees. Now they said chaild part not available so we will change total accelerator it's cost 65, 000 rupees. Actuvally i had 4 years/ 80000 kms warranty. Now my vehicle reading is 80, 200 kms and that is break down on the way. 5 years/1, 00, 000 kms warranty also there in company. I don't know about that they not said or intimated before about that warranty when i was went to 70, 000 kms service. Regularly they are calling or giving intimation about vehicle servicing and vehicle insurance but not about extended warranty. That's why i am facing problem now. Now i have to pay 65, 000 rupees to that part accelerator. So maruthi dealers or company not gave information about extended warranty. That's why i want extended warranty and free repair now. So please solve my problem.

                          My maruthi suzki swift dezire zdi amt 2016 model,
                          Ts 01 eh 3335 brake down and taken away to adarsha maruthi, godavari khani, telangana state. They identified and said accelerator problem. And they said we ordered child part in the accelerator if it is available will cost approximately rs 5000. After one week now they are saying chaild part not available. Present the manager saying total new accelerator replacement will do that part cost is 60, 000 rupees. Actuvally i had 4 years/ 80, 000 kms warranty... Now reading is 80, 200 kms... Now they are saying warranty will not come. But in my automatic car gare changing problem from last 6 months. Slowly changing after maximum accelerator used. I complaint that in last 2 services. They did some repair... Now same problem came... When i am going to hyderabad for repair my car was brake down on the way. If they solve my previous problem perminently it couldn't had this much of problem. So kindly solve my problem.

                            With regard to our complaint we have still not received any reply from Maruti Suzuki neither have we received any call from them. This is my second mail to you. since my complaint is still not resolved nor also been attended by the Maruti Suzuki my sincere request to you to look into the matter.

                            As the problem is giving adverse effect on my health also. Please consider my request . If there is no response by your company I will have to legally send notice to your company for not attending to the complaints of the customers.

                            Please let us know the status of the same.

                              Dear concern,
                              I am using maruti ritz since 2011 and continuously service made at maruti authorized service station only.
                              Henevforth as per normal routine service i surrendered my vehicle no up70 bp9095 to greenland motors service station teliarganj prayagraj on 22nd june. And got a call from service manager mr sunil (Mob no [protected]) regarding completion of job at 5.30 pm. When i reached service at approx at 6 pm it was desperately insisted to made payment first and collect the vehicle later. I did not noticed and made a payment of rs 5659.0 and got the keys to collect the vehicle approx 200 meters away from service station which was kept at a petrol. Pump, don't know why?
                              I usually started my vehicle and reached home and when i was shutting my door closed i noticed the back seat was leaned so i open my back door and tried to make it straight but was not able to make it fix. I tried again and was not able to.
                              Then i realised why everything was happened in hurry.
                              The seat had been broken by the service team and had not been informed. Immediealtly called up mr sunil and made complaint, in revert he confirmd that he is aware about this and its happening cause of cng kit fiited un my vehicle
                              I totally failed to understand as cng kit had been fitted for more than 3 years and vehicle got serviced so many time but never it happened.
                              I minutely again checked and found the people at service station made their best efforts to make it fixed and as a result of their best efforts my seat got broke
                              Now mr sunil is saying he will make it rectify but have to come after monday. I am a working guy and not feasible to come again and again to service station and also i have lost 5000 at least just cause of sevice station mistake.
                              Kindly resolve and reimburse the compensation to avoid any further legal action yo be taken from my end.

                              Its not only showing on mine also on my friends and every one i know who has acess 125
                              Its happening second time and they have also replaced more than 1 time

                                We had booked maruti suzuki dzire vxi amt petrol model from patel showroom ratlam on 31.05.2019 for magma grey color, receipt is enclosed as a proof of the same. And delivery of the car was to be done on 27.06.2019, but at the time of booking the sales person oroany senior staffsof maruti suzuki never told us that magma grey color is not available or will not be available on our desired date and today a person from patel motors told us that instead of magma grey, silver is available on your desired date.

                                My husband and i have exclusively taken leave from our office for purchasing car on 27.06.2019. Now they have clearly told us that nothing can be done about it and they are telling us to compromise with silver color instead of magma grey. We are feeling so cheated at this point. How shall we compromise for something which is as costly as rs. 8.20 lakh. This is so aweful customer dealing on maruti suzuki's part. Kindly resolve this as we need magma grey anyhow on 27.06.2019 at patel motors ratlam.

                                Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  Hi sir,
                                  I don't want to complaint but its untolerable now. I purchased a car previous year & had an insurance of it.in between car got some damage. Dealer told us that they will repair that car for free except some processing fee as per car insurance policy. Expiry date of insurance policy is 26 june. Now today on 22 june they say it would take 15 days to repair so i have to keep car at their service centre for 15 days. As i was told by dealer about 3 months ago that they can repair anytime we will come over their car service station. But due to lack of time i was not able to go at their car service station. And now they are excusing to repair car for current car insurance because they know we can't leave car at their service centre for over half of a month and asking only to do next insurance after the expiration of current car insurance.
                                  Please kindly look into the matter and take a suitable action. We have time only till 26 june.

                                    With reference to the above subject i have purchased the vehicle vitara brezza zdi plus with registration no. Ga07n 7007 manufacture date may 2016 from chougule industries goa. Since i am residing in belgaum the vehicle is serviced at shantesh motors tilakwadi branch, belagavi, karnataka.

                                    There is a problem with steering of the vehicle which has also been noticed by the service center at shantesha motors, belgaum. The service center says that the problem is resolved with changing the steering column, but till date the same problem is still existing.

                                    And due to this steering problem i am also suffering from right arm pain which is increasing day by day. Kindly look into the matter and please suggest me how this issue can be resolved.
