Purchased Suzuki access 125 vehicle on 05.11.2020, Bill amount not yet clarified, discrepancies till date . Due to false commitment & price difference, Very much unhappy with your dealer point service .

As per Care manager guidance spoke to Mr.Hars Ji (mobile no : [protected]) over telephone today, But not yet recived any clarity break up regarding accessories paid Rs 7254/- Also not yet received exact bill details with correct discount till now. Not satisfied . Hence there is no resolution - Nill.

PFA herewith accessories invoice bill dated 08.11.2020 & enquiry invoice copy dated 25.10.2020 MPC Suzuki, Gowrivakkam, Tambaram for your kind reference.

Hence kindly intervene and arrange resolution for the same at the earliest.
