I have purchased new ciaz alpha on 31st may 2019. On 9th august one of the tyre get defective (Bubbles from outer side). When i was go nexa service centre, they told me to call to tyre complaint instead of raising complaint by nexa. I have raised compliant for the same. When engineer has came for inspection, he rejected the claim and told to nexa team that tyre was run on low pressure. (How he was told when we was not tested on any equipment and told when physical inspection). This time i have paid rs 2000 and next replace the type. Again on 27th agust another front tyre occur same issue (One bubble) and again nexa team told me the same as previous.
Why again and again tyre was damage (It's product issue) not other issue. I
So please i want to change all the tyres of car.. If any tyre was damage during the running condition and i will met with accident. Who will be responsible for the same?. This serious co ncern. Please look into and take immediate action. Was this information helpful? |
