I have purchased a car (swift desire vxi) on (17/04/2019)from maruti suzuki (Pearl Cars, a unit of vindhyavasini automobiles pvt ltd.) distt - sasaram, state - Bihar. the sales person promise me you get the RC book with in 15 days but i did not get yet, when i call to the sales person ( dhiraj kumar) he tell me new story every day, so please help me...
